Bayne Park — Attraction in Bellevue

I worked for the Bellevue Borough and found a grant for a new play set at Bayne Park. There were so many other businesses sending in their Grant's, but I assume, that I had the right people behind me, supporting me, and turning in there recommendations. Nice if you play Pokemon Go because there's a gym and multiple stops in a handy roughly five minute lap around the park. There's also a little skate park that seems pretty popular, and a bunch of playground equipment--some of which recently got updated. For what it is--a tiny park in the middle of a suburb--it is pretty ok. It doesn't allow dogs, though, which is a big turn-off. I would give it 5 stars but I am in a powerchair. The only handicapped entrance is through the library parking lot. So for me to go to the farmers market, coming from Lincoln Ave, I have to go all the way around to the parking lot. It would be nice if there was a ramp entrance by the skate park. It would also be nice for the library to put its after hours book return on the ground outside by the steps on the grass, not hidden up on the porch. One would have to walk up the stairs to return books. Those steps...
