I went to a private event in this place as a service provider.

There is no elevator to take your equipment to the second floor where the hall is located.

The people who designed that place, forgot that services providers will struggle to move heavy stuff to the second floor.

There is an elevator for handicaps only. The manager of that place is a little grumpy.
