This is a food truck in a commissary of Belmont. I came here for my Friday night dinner. I had a hard time choosing what to get because on one hand, I was curious about the aioli sauces that come with the Bistek Pan and the Chicken Adobo Pan, but I was also craving longganisa. Can’t wait to try their Ube chips when they come back in season! Also, tried their buko pandan bread pudding, and it’s a flavorful bread pudding that has a nice custard like texture and pandan flavor. I don’t usually get bread pudding anywhere, not my favorite. But their bread pudding is...

The kamote chips were crispy and had great flavor. The service was friendly and welcoming. Will definitely...
