Norman's Hallmark Shop — Attraction in Bensalem Township

Purchased 2 boxes of Asher's chocolate covered pretzels at this Hallmark store....opened the box, and they were stale. Tried to return them, but they said sale items are final. Would not refund my money or give me a store credit. Horrible customer service!! This is why Amazon is taking over everything No questions asked, they take your returns because they want to keep customers happy. I will continue to shop at Amazon, never again...

The staff was very friendly, polite, engaging and helpful.

The store is well organized and decently stocked, including well maintained and very clean. There were plenty of cards to choose from, despite it seeming like it's hard to find cards anymore.

I only came here for a card but there is a ton of stuff from cards to knick knacks and everyone in-between.
