I bought my Dress here for my vow renewal . I Had 0 confidence when trying on dresses. Then I Saw a dress that had everything I Was looking for tried it on and the lovely ladies in the store said wow this is your dress. It fitted me perfectly and I felt beautiful in it. They made my experience so wonderful . I wore my dress in Vegas and felt like a princess. I came home had my dress cleaned and took it back to Key Elements to be resold so that someone else can feel like a princess just as I Did. I took my bouquet my shoes my veil everything along with 3 other dresses and I called yesterday to see if my dress had been sold and was told YES. I was so happy and I hope whoever bought the dress Along with the bouquet and all the other accessories that it makes a lasting memory for you! This store was a complete life saver during my emotional state of finding my wedding dress for an affordable price. Barbara the owner spent the entire time walking around with me picking options and helping me try on until I was completely happy with my choice. She made me feel so confident about picking my dress for my special day and never once the least bit judgmental for my price range. Her number one goal was to see me leave 100% happy. My step sister and I walked in and right off the bat the lady at the front desk was super rude to us. We were simply looking at dresses and she accused us of mishandling the dresses, when neither of us even touched a dress. I will not be coming back here ever again. That place is horrible. And a little side note it’s really gross in there...
