Listen, I not the one to complain about nails. But pretty much sure gels nails are suppose to last longer than a regular polish right? Hm, for some reason mine didn’t last and my cuticle around my nail hurts since i Got them done she didn’t even soak my fingers just straight up cut them. I’ve been bleeding for the past week in the half now and no lotion help. I def suggest guiding your nails tech on how to be safe. Last thing is I did call you guys and the lady who picked up the phone just toss the phone around to another employee and that employee said they’re busy and hung up. I came in from out of state for a friend’s wedding and this place was recommended by a hotel employee. I went here and every thing was great, nice people and good service. When checking out I was busy talking to the cashier, checked out, and left. I’m more than halfway down the plaza about to catch my Uber when he comes running out yelling “miss miss you forgot to tip them!” An honest mistake, but never have I ever been chased after for a tip! Ive been going to NP nails in BH for over 4 yrs. I have tried other nail salons in the area and can say they all fail in comparison. Sam, the owner is always polite and accommodating. The staff is friendly. Most importantly the salon is clean and if you have an appt you will be attended to on time. I have started taking my daughter as well and she is always treated kindly. The value for the service and the warm welcome that I always get is the reason I keep going back and always will. I trust my nails with no one...
