Then, you will be rudely informed of inconsistent and arbitrary policies which are poorly communicated and enforced. To wit: buskers, massage are allowed; performance / poetry on demand with a typewriter is not. Canvassers are allowed; "passing out flyers" is not (though this is not enforced. Staff are haughty and dismissive when asked about ways to support the market as a local business. The market aggregates high-income customers and could be better supporting its core mission by monetizing those customers better with sponsorship and appropriate ancillary businesses.
