Went shopping here for an engagement ring. 3/4 people we dealt with (one of them being the owner) acted like they couldn’t be bothered with us. One employee was great! Ended up purchasing a ring online through them but found some glaring problems with the diamond. When asking the owner about it she seemed to look down her nose at us and act like we were the problem. When asked about the ethics of the diamonds she sources she claimed that she “gets them from an Indian man who treats his employees fairly” and then proceeded to use the argument “Well do you drive a car? Do you fly when you travel? What shoes do you wear?” Etc. That was the final red flag for me. Returned the ring within the confines of their return policy and got the typical attitude from the owner. They get 2 stars only due to the customer service of one employee who was great. Would not recommend shopping here. There are way better places in the area with much friendlier customer service and higher quality more ethically...

We went to 2-3 jewelry stores in San Francisco and then gave up and found M.Lowe. They have really beautiful pieces and they are super nice. We got our engagement ring there and they helped us find the prefect ring and the experience was so much less stressful than other places and the prices were great.
