I wrote 5 paragraphs and accidentally erased them! But I will aim to be more succinct with this one, hah!

We are experienced (6 games) players who are new to Nashville (we've been to 2 other states and 4 other locations) and it was the best detour we made on our Escape Game Journey!

Ethan's professionalism, conversation, assistance, and hospitality was unmatched! He made the wait before/in-between our 3 games wonderful and went above and beyond to make this trip fantastic. We are so grateful!

Nathan (and trainee who's name we've forgotten [I'm sorry!]) was our game master for Ruin, I'm so glad we got to experience this original and super fun challenge! Nathan was helpful/patient with hints & assistance. I really felt like Indiana Jones/Lara Croft/Nathan Drake as we maneuvered through the puzzles (Seeing a handful of tropes from Ruin-based adventures was sick!). Thank you for some great pics!

Max was our game master for Playground and Mission: Mars. We've been to a lot of places and Max was our favorite GM, from remembering our names to reciting exciting/light bulb moments was something I never knew I needed! He seemed just as excited as we were to experience those moments. He also gave us some extra patience for Mars (the most difficult game set and our Lady one we decided to take on finish after 1am, so we definitely did it to ourselves lol! But everyone was just impressed we attempted it at all and were incredibly supportive, it was our first puzzle we required more than 3 hints to solve (5-ish) and a bit of extra time as we had some technical confusion at the end (still well worth it!)

Thank you everyone for making this extremely memorable trip, I hope this review shows our appreciation! Keep it up, we will continue to sing your praises and hope to visit from Michigan some time again....

My girlfriend and I have done nearly 100 escape rooms all across the US, and without question, this company, The Escape Game, has the highest quality rooms we have ever seen.

Their immersive decoration and room theming are best-in-class with great thematic audio, and terrific props and sets. You won’t see any of those “not part of the game” stickers that the other places use.

Additionally, they have the highest quality of puzzles, that have been play tested, refined, and optimized so that your group will have a great time regardless of your level of skill and experience with escape rooms.

Their staff are wonderful, pleasant, and a joy to interact with. Their game guides, who supervise your adventure, understand that this is immersive, interactive storytelling. They might help you out with hints or nudges to keep you on track. This way, they can ensure that you’ll complete the story before your 60 minute timer runs out.

This company has over 50 locations across the US. They are always developing new rooms and opening new locations. My only warning is, after you have experienced the quality of the rooms offered by the Escape Game, it makes it hard to go back to playing other Escape Rooms that are not quite as polished and optimized for a fun night out.

They also sometimes offer discounts if you book multiple rooms in a row, so my advice is line up a few rooms back to back and have an amazing evening with The Escape Game.

Escape games are great with all ages, from the young kids to middle-aged couples.

The Staff at Berry Hill took great care of us.

Thanks so much to Bri, Elisabeth, Zach, Matthew, Reid, Alex,...

We are a couple who made a special trip in order to play The Escape Game at their Nashville “motherland” … so it’s safe to say we were already big fans of the Escape Game! Although we’ve played many of The Escape Game’s rooms in other locations, we were totally blown away by the rooms we played in Nashville, the entire TEG staff, and the vibe of the whole experience. Over three days, we played Cosmic Crisis and Sabotage at Opry Mills, Yeti and Timeliner Train downtown, and Nashville and Ruins at Berry Hill.

All of the rooms had Disney-park-level theming and details. The designers of these games are very imaginative and really know what they’re doing. The puzzles are clear to understand without being too easy or too obscure, the storylines are fun, there is a good flow within the games that never leaves you wondering what you’re supposed to do next, and the rooms are full of delightful surprises and unexpected “wow” moments when you solve puzzles. TEG rooms feature lots of physical manipulation type puzzles which are just so fun. Long story short, TEG blows away all other escape room companies.

Our favorites were Cosmic Crisis, Timeliner Train, and Ruins because they had lots of creative physical puzzles and ingenious surprises. But, we’ve never had a bad experience with any of their rooms at any of their locations.

Thank you to Indigo who booked all of our rooms and the rest of the friendly, enthusiastic staff who made us feel so welcome. We’ll be back when you open...

This was the final escape game to complete my grand tour of all the ones at this particular location. I do not have enough praise and kind words for the staff at The Escape Game. Specifically, Abby and Bree (apologies for potential incorrect spelling). They made the experience unforgettable. Abby was my game guide and she was awesome! She took the time to get to know us and socialize before we entered the game and it definitely gave a personal touch I appreciated. She respected our choice to only give clues when we asked or really needed it and her hints were on point. She is a stellar game guide and her customer service is above and beyond. Bree was greeting people in the lobby and stopped to chat with us. We mentioned that we had played every game at this location and she got very enthusiastic and helped us celebrate that milestone by providing us with pins for our fave game and letting us sign the wall! That concludes my praise for the staff but I also have immense praise for the games themselves. It is so high quality and immersive. I am never disappointed and the puzzles are just top-notch. You have to try it out to understand but I really cannot emphasize my love for them enough. I’ve played so many games here and will play many more. Please give The Escape Game a try because I cannot recommend them enough. Like truly my favorite thing to do in my free time.
