I wrote 5 paragraphs and accidentally erased them! But I will aim to be more succinct with this one, hah! We are experienced (6 games) players who are new to Nashville (we've been to 2 other states and 4 other locations) and it was the best detour we made on our Escape Game Journey! Ethan's professionalism, conversation, assistance, and hospitality was unmatched! He made the wait before/in-between our 3 games wonderful and went above and beyond to make this trip fantastic. We are so grateful! Nathan (and trainee who's name we've forgotten [I'm sorry!]) was our game master for Ruin, I'm so glad we got to experience this original and super fun challenge! Nathan was helpful/patient with hints & assistance. I really felt like Indiana Jones/Lara Croft/Nathan Drake as we maneuvered through the puzzles (*Seeing a handful of tropes from Ruin-based adventures was sick!*). Thank you for some great pics! Max was our game master for Playground and Mission: Mars. We've been to a lot of places and Max was our favorite GM, from remembering our names to reciting exciting/light bulb moments was something I never knew I needed! He seemed just as excited as we were to experience those moments. He also gave us some extra patience for Mars (the most difficult game set and our Lady one we decided to take on finish after 1am, so we definitely did it to ourselves lol! But everyone was just impressed we attempted it at all and were incredibly supportive, it was our first puzzle we required more than 3 hints to solve (5-ish) and a bit of extra time as we had some technical confusion at the end (still well worth it!) Thank you everyone for making this extremely memorable trip, I hope this review shows our appreciation! Keep it up, we will continue to sing your praises and hope to visit from Michigan some time again. Worth the trip!

I've played two escape games in my life so far, and "the depths" escape room at the East Iris location was a BLAST. so far, my favorite thing about escape games is the immersive design of the rooms and the sea/submarine design did not disappoint. Our team of 5, really enjoyed the various challenges, and the unique playful, and sometimes creepy aesthetic of the story. Our game host, Jackie, did a great job pumping us up for the game, checking our preferences for hints, and giving us great feedback after we had finished with 12 minutes to spare. She even demonstrated above and beyond customer service with a little surprise when some of the audio elements of our game weren't working correctly! Thank you Jackie! if you have been hesitant about trying escape games before, and have willing friends, and enjoy boardgames, or are the type of person who likes to shout directions to people when they're on a game show, escape rooms are for you! Great location set up, well-maintained facilities, chill staff, easy check-in and waiver process and plenty of parking.

I had been in a coma for 12 years and my friends thought it would be funny to take to me to this new fad called an escape room. Haha, I finally escaped from a coma and you lock me back up in a chamber as a “good time” Guys my body was an escape room for 12 years. But in reality, if this is actual reality and not still part of the coma, this Person Kellin who was our “Guide” was essentially God to me in my delirious state, and then these clues felt like they were coming from some celestial angelic force emanating from God in shells of spherical expansions of light. In the end, I emerged from the “escape room” and essentially felt as though I was reborn, thanks to my coma doula Kellin. My friends tell me there was no Kellin but Kellin will always be real to me, in my mind, and in my heart, no matter how many therapists or medications get thrown at me in my coma recovery process. You are real Kellin, You are real.

This was our first escape room and it won’t be our last. Cassidy was so amazing explaining everything to us and allowing us to go at our own pace while still being super encouraging. The experience was super memorable and we will be back!! Thank you to the amazing employees making this experience that much better. UPDATE: We loved it so much, we went back the very next day and used our last day in Nashville to do another escape room! The first time we did special ops, this time prison break and we loved it even more this time and actually escaped this time! We had Matthew as our guide for the second round and he was phenomenal! He let us struggle but not suffer and was such a big part of this being an amazing night. This place is the best experience with the best guides/employees!

Absolutely had a blast with the two people I went with and the five people that we joined. We did the the ruin and special ops and we escaped both times with more than 10 minutes left. These were complete strangers but we absolutely loved the entire experience and both games. A huge special shout out to Matt who checked us in, Grace who led us through ruins and I am so sorry but I cannot remember her name She was absolutely fantastic and let us through the midnight game of special ops on January 7th 2024. As for the rooms these were the best design rooms I have ever seen and I've been to four different companies rooms here in the TN. By far the best hands down. Do the ruins if you Love Indiana Jones. Do special ops if you movies James Bond movies.

The absolute best escape room company ever! My husband and I have played around 40 rooms with different companies in different states and fell in love with the escape game in Austin. We loved it so much we played every room there and started finding different locations with rooms we had not tried yet. We made a trip out to Nashville to play the rooms here that aren’t available at their other locations. As always, the rooms were top notch and the staff was fantastic. Jol and Reid were so kind and made the trip here all the better. They even drew us a very cute bag and card for our adventure in Nashville. Highly recommend this location and this company to anyone interested in the most fun experience!
