Walgreens — Attraction in Beverly

Judy. And her lack of social interaction on a professional level needs a training course on how to answer the phone with out sounding like she doesn’t want to do her job. I call for a simple refill after being hung up on and being on hold 20 mins each time. Finally tony from the front was also rude 2nd encounter with him and his poor people skills. But he atleast made sure the pharmacy picked up the second time he had to transfer me to them. Assuming he paged them to answer the phone lol.because his response was “I don’t know what to tell ya” so I in turn told him to transfer me to them again until the pick up if it’s redirected me back to you” lol After speaking with Judy in the pharmacy for a basic refill she was very short and when I said thank you after she told me how long until it was ready her response was “uh huh ok” then hung up. You have a serious problem Walgreens it’s bad enough your stores are all being shut down. Make this another one. Do everyone the favor or find people passionate about what they do and know how to be decent to their customers...

This place is usually so so but yesterday takes the cake in bad experiences! I was shopping and noticed the sweetest little boy 5-6 years old with mom close in hand shopping looking at toys. The boy picked up a stuffed animal to show to mom looking for approval to get and out of no where the older lady working grabbed the toy from his hands and told him not to touch anything! I absolutely couldn’t believe my eyes! Mom didn’t quite catch it at first. We continue down the toy aisle and he then picks up a Mickey Mouse plush and was so happy about it and starts to walk close to mom ..she was 3 steps away looking at another toy for him and yet again this grown women aggressively pulls the Mikey out of his hands and yells in his face to not touch anything! This was unnecessary and cruel! Mom stepped in and I took her number knowing I was going to report this. This is unacceptable! An other employee stepped in and was very kind....

This Walgreens is the most unorganized catastrophe I've ever seen in my life I've literally had to pull my medication and find another pharmacy because they just don't know what they're doing. I've got the same medication every 2 months for the past 5 years and they still can't seem to get it straight and don't bother to try and call because their phone is set on a recording that says there's three callers ahead of you and it stays on that recording for months and days it's set on that recording. they will not answer the phone. I've literally had to find another pharmacy because they don't really have a clue what...
