Very, very Rude People. On several Occasions I have gone up for lunch, ordered something, has not come out the way I ordered it and you get this extremely rude condescending attitude when you explain this to them, even when explained in a friendly professional manner. Is it hard to admit "sorry for the mistake, we'll take care of it for you", especially when it is a legitimate mistake. Here's most recent example (couple years ago, because haven't and wouldn't go since):
I go with my wife who happened to be close by (Never Have a chance to go out with lunch with her), and Because they have decent food (when its prepared right), I said lets go grab a bite. So we go up and my wife sees one of the salads that caught her eye, but she wanted the stuff it came with it a wrap, so I ask the girl clearly if we could have that salad but in a wrap instead of a bowl she says of course, then I order a mixed bowl with guacamole added for mine. The salad comes in a bowl, I approach the front counter, and the female manager comes and says very Rudely; "Sorry, it DOESNT COME IN A BOWL OK?" and I say I wouldn't have minded but she said it was no problem. I go back to sit down and eat, and there is no guacamole on mine. I go to the counter tell them they forgot the guacamole and manager says "Well its Gonna cost you Extra if you want it cause the girl you ordered with didnt charge you for it" at which point I said, but I asked for it, so long story short my wife and I left and will not be going back any time soon. It is a shame because the food is not bad, but half of why you go out to eat is the service the other half is the quality and how things are prepared, so they are getting maybe 1/4...
Read moreFolks here were very friendly, and food was ready on time. I walked down the street, and someone asked me what I was having for dinner, and I responded a fajita burrito from Wrapture. They let me know that the quality had decline a little as of late. When I got back to my work and ate, the food was of excellent quality, but extremely bland. Rice was cooked perfectly but barely seasoned at all. Same with the beans. Veggies too. The burrito, from a technical standpoint, was cooked extremely well, it just had no flavor at all. It was like eating a bowl of plain rice and beans. This is one of the weirdest culinary experiences I've ever had, because again, everything was cooked perfectly, it just had no seasoning at all and...
Read moreWrapture's food is great, it is Soma's sister restaurant, so why wouldn't it be great. I must admit I used to be partial to Tapas Corner (Beverlyites know this place) until about a year ago when it started to go down him and then close. Now having tried Wrapture a few more times, I am hooked. The food is always fresh and they always have great, creative and very tasty specials. My only complaint with this place and the reason for only 4 stars is that they do not have many places to actually sit there and eat (unless its summer and they have tables outside). May I also suggest giving some chips or pretzels with the wraps? Something crunchy is...
