I ordered 4 things from this shop (2 months ago) and only received 3. One of the items I did receive was the wrong color. I’ve tried contacting the store about the missing item and they told me it would be delivered shortly. Over 2 weeks later, I still haven’t received it and now they are ignoring my email and message. If I order something I expect it to be delivered or refunded. Both haven’t happened. I am so disappointed and will never order from this shop again. I ordered 3 items. The sizing on one item was HUGE so I requested to return. I received no response after 3 outreaches to the company. Another item was a preorder that said it will ship in a few weeks. It has now been 5 months and I have not received it. At first, the girl was responsive on instagram and kept giving excuses like “our manufacturing is delayed….etc.” I reached out every month and she kept giving excuses. I messaged her again this month and she never responded. I disputed the charge with my bank because I never received a refund or the item I ordered. Don’t waste your money with this company. Such a gem of a shop! It's really too bad the poor reviews here are from folks ordering online who don't understand that small business owners juggle a lot and can't always compete with Amazon shipping times. The owner Alina is a wonderfully kind human, she and her staff have really made me feel welcome each time I've come in.
