Billings Army Navy Surplus Store — Attraction in Billings

I give the billings army navy surplus 2 total stars because of one simple reason: PRICING!!!!!!! Never in my life have I seen military surplus marked up like no other I'm talking almost a 200% markup on some product that are military surplus, (is bought for pennies on the dollar in bulk) I went into the store to get a basic OPC/multicam uniform for training with my father so I could get ready for the airforce and everything and there Tru-Spec OPC top alone was $169.00 this is ridiculous seeing as how from Tru-spec online I can order the same exact uniform with more options for less then what it would cost me to buy this at army navy and this is not all boots, knives, uniforms, everything was overpriced...

Just got off the phone with Zack.. I gotta tell ya, he made a big impression on me. I ordered a high end knife (and it came fast) but there was a small issue with the one I ordered, and the one I received. After a sincere and honest explanation as to what happened a price reduction or a shipping label to return for full refund was talked about. This wasn’t a two way negotiation, it was offered instantly. I was so impressed that I had to log right on to leave a review. I had Zack on speaker phone and my wife commented ‘what a nice guy’, right after I hung up. Although I live in Boston, I will 100% be ordering from these guys again....well...

I haven’t actually been into the store as I don’t live near it but their customer service is 2nd to none! I got a call from FedEx in Toronto that my parcel was held and that I would have to pay to get it released. I contacted the store and they apologized and told me that they will cover the fee for the parcel to be sent back to them, and that they will re-send everything via USPS. They then told me that they will compensate me for the trouble. I don’t remember the name of the guy I talked to but I can tell that they value their customers and try to uphold a good relationship...
