Mosaic Threads — Local services in Billings

Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Mosaic Threads and I highly recommend this company.

My project was a custom t-shirt, set up graphically by their design artists, and printed with a short turnaround time. Oh, and the quantity was small (17 shirts).

Mosaic Threads did everything related to this order perfectly. They were professional, listened well, had a great approval process so that we could both catch a couple of errors (on a crazily-detailed t-shirt about biochemistry), fixed the errors blazingly fast, and had a very simple invoice / final approval process that took mere minutes.

(When you receive the invoice, your project will have a tiny thumbnail of what you need to approve. Just click on the thumbnail, and you will see everything much larger with great definition / resolution.)

I was also given many options for the shirts themselves (color / quality/feel, etc). Mosaic Threads listened to what I wanted and guided me to the perfect quality shirt for our needs. Our entire group LOVES them.

Thank you, Mosaic Threads, for making our reunion shirts! They were perfect! I had originally called a competitor in the Billings area, as I am from the Denver area and relied solely on Google reviews and my search of the area. The competitor needed a 36 shirt minimum order, and told us that was standard for any other company in the area. We only needed 26 shirts, so I was disappointed, but I decided not to take their word for it and called Mosaic Threads. I found out that they did not need a minimum order and could help us out. I worked with Cheryl the entire time, and she was amazing. She was extremely accommodating to our needs, and even allowed each of the five families to place their own orders and pay over the phone so no one had to keep track of those details or worry about getting reimbursed for the expense. When we picked them up, they were sorted by family group in separate bags, which made them so easy for us to distribute. The shirts are soft, stylish and so comfortable. The printing on them is clear and exactly what we asked for. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing special occasion shirts or really anything screen-printed. We will be using them...

What a nightmare to work with Mosaic Threads. I had two sets of towels to be embroidered as a graduation gift. I was told that there would only be a digitizing fee for monograms, so I chose a font. I was charged the digitizing fee anyway. Then I was told to choose a few other fonts and they would choose one that didn't have the fee. I did, and was still charged the fee, so I did not approve the proof. After calling, they took off the fee, and then embroidered my towels in a completely different font than any that I had chosen. Upon contacting them again, they offered to purchase new towels and re-do them. They couldn't get the new towels in the original color, so I had to choose a different color. When I got the towels home, they had purchased the wrong size of bath towels; were extremely large - "bath sheets" (even though I had provided photos of the UPC code, information and brand name tag). It has been 12 days of mistakes and communication to correct mistakes and in the end, the font was the only thing I got that I wanted as part of the gift.
