The museum may be small, but it is jam packed with tons of amazing minerals, rocks, gemstones, and more. Llyn, who is a scientist in charge of the collections, was so friendly and helpful with my daughter (and the rest of us!), and shared many wonderful minerals with us. There are over 13,000 items here, so if you're into minerals and crystals you can spend hours here. If you're not into minerals, then there are fossils, dinosaur bones, and other items of interest.
