I went here to get a screen repair for my iPhone, as most others do. Following the repair, I noticed the colors on the screen were off. Everything from my photos, the home screen icons, to the text bubbles were much less saturated than before. To confirm, I compared my screen to my friends' screens as one of them also got a repair just from another shop, and one had a perfectly unblemished screen. Boy, my phone was the anomaly, the colors are just so washed out. I'm huge on editing photos and filming 4K on my phone so this is a huge blow to me. Now, all my photos appear washed out when editing on my phone and every time I upload them, the colors are so off.

If you are going to be charging people big bucks for defect, after-market screens...Wow. That's pretty crafty. You are charging folks for a less than average product for not much less than what the actual retailer would charge. My friend who also got a screen repair but had a much truer colored screen than mine, got hers done for $100 in Northern VA.

So, I went back and asked for a repair. Caleb, the guy working the shop replaced the screen again but there was a malfunction mid-switch that made my screen go black in some parts, so he had to keep my phone in store over the weekend which I was not happy about. I then received my phone the following Monday with a "premium" screen that is evidently no different from the first screen he used for the repair. Case in point: just dish out the extra $40 and get a legitimate...

Went in today to get my iPhone that was stuck rebooting on the Apple Logo fixed. My iPhone was randomly trying to reboot itself due to an error in installing an update with little available storage left.

As I went in the store, the owner Jeff, was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and went ahead and tried the best solution to fix the issue. It took about 20 mins to reset the iPhone back to factory settings, as agreed upon, and he wouldn't charge me if his attempt at fixing did not work; which was awesome to hear!

He fixed the problem I was having and the whole thing didn’t take more than half and hour. This store was the first place to go to after they fixed my iPhone screen back in 2018 at a reasonable price with great quality products. If you're looking for screen repairs, this place does them in about the same time(20-30mins).

Went to get my phone's screen replaced. Very professional, very friendly. Best Buy quoted me $280 for a screen replacement on my iPhone, and Valley iRepair quoted me $215. Best Buy told me that I should just get a whole new phone but Valley iRepair was able to fix my phone for less than $300. Their prices are very reasonable in my opinion.

My replacement screen that was installed by Valley iRepair had a dead zone (due to a manufacturer issue, not because of Valley iRepair) and Jeff, one of the owners, honored the screen's warranty and switched it out for free no questions asked. Additionally, my phone was never out of my sight so I was able to watch it being worked on.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone having issues with their devices, and I would go back to them in the future if I ever have...
