I purchased a pair of jeans less than a week ago, after paying for my purchase the store employee Dina asked if I wanted a paper receipt or email receipt. I responded email to try to save paper. Today I go to exchange the jeans that were in the emailed receipt because the jeans were way too big and the manager with the blue hair (I’ve never seen this lady ever) didn’t even try to assist in anyway possible. She simply shut me down and said I couldn’t exchange them because I only had an emailed receipt, I would have to have the original receipt. Is an emailed receipt not an actual receipt and if it’s not then why was it offered to me? I don’t need the receipt for my records, a receipt is used for proof of purchase. I’ve been coming to this store for 5 years and I would never step foot back in there. You can tell the manager with the blue hair and Dina didn’t know what they were doing and don’t know how to give great customer service. I literally went to another Madrag and they were very sorry this happened to me and said that an emailed receipt ACTUALLY IS A ORIGINAL RECEIPT & they allowed me to exchange the jeans with NO PROBLEM!!!! Thank you Dina and the blue hair lady for your inadequate help, wrong information, and horrible...
Read moreFirst time coming here and I think it will be my last. They don't do no cash returns so you have no choice but to try the clothing on, but the individual fitting room stalls lack privacy. I stand at 5'7/5'8, and the door of the stalls which is only like about four to five feet tall expose the bottom half of your legs, while my head is left in full view, if I as much stand up too straight, and someone is standing by the registrar, they can more than likely see me undressing, if someone walks past, and goes to stall next to me, they can more than likely see me and my whole body if they glance at the mirror in front of me , wth? Is this a strategic method to peek on shoplifters? It's not right and unethical. In addition the clothes run small, so a large is really like a medium. Definitely not a high quality clothing store. Want cheap high quality clothes, with a return policy, with privacy in the fitting rooms, go to...
Read moreI will not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this store because my boyfriend purchased a few items from Madrag and 2 of the items that he bought for me was the wrong size. So, I came to exchange it for a different size and the manager said that she couldn't let me exchange it. I asked why not when it has all the tags and I didn't even try it on because I knew it wasn't my size. She said sorry I can't exchange it. They obviously don't need any customers if they rather loose a customer than to try and exchange something that was bought there and is still intact with the tags. Now I know why this store is always empty with barely any customers. Lesson learned and I will not be shopping here anymore. Don't waste your time coming...
