Hi there! So, I will start by thanking both instructors, Gabriel was my instructor for the free trial class and he was great. For a one-hour trial class, I already knew this was what I wanted. Took a full-time class and Henry was my instructor and he’s terrific! Very approachable and knowledgeable, and he just made mine/ours (the class) experience the fun and exciting learning process. He teaches very generously and spontaneously based on his personal experience about bartering on top of what’s the basic curriculum with no reservations. He was very thoughtful in sharing his knowledge and amazing technique with us. He never failed to advise us on what is the right thing to do and what not. I am very thankful to both instructors for all the knowledge I have learned from this school. I would say, it was a life-changing experience for me. I went from simply just plain alcohol consumer (that’s why I’m broke) to now becoming a server including lots of potential to make money, yay! I’m excited. To me, it was the most amazing well-spent 40 hours of my life. The school has a lot to offer- It’s amazing, because, where in the world you will find this amazing opportunity? Pay a reasonable amount of money (meant, the tuition) and forever have access to anything you need in terms of learning and unlimited practice is available, the said opportunity is only at Shake and Pour. Today, 12/30/2016 i completed and graduated bar tending school. Attending Shake & Pour, was one of the best decisions I’ve made, and it’s all thanks to my incredible instructor, Gabriel! From day one, he created such a welcoming and upbeat environment that I actually looked forward to each class.
Gabriel’s patience and dedication were unmatched. He never rushed through anything—instead, he took the time to make sure I understood every technique, every pour, and every cocktail, all the way through. If I didn’t get something right the first (or second… or third) time, he stuck with me until I nailed it. That kind of support is rare and honestly made all the difference.
