Professional Prices/Amateur Service. On the phone it seemed a good choice. Upon arrival the way the owner addressed me was snippy, barking instructions. The colors I chose for my chrome gel manicure and regular pedicure didn’t match as displayed. A day later the chrome was chipping across my nail tips - you could see where it wasn’t filled in - white base.

I called and again over the phone very accommodating and agreed I could come on Friday to fix. I called Friday to give an ETA and was told just come in after work. Upon arrival same snip from owner and was told they had other appointments and couldn’t take me for 2 hours- so I killed time until 6p.

I let the new tech know I would tip her well for a professional job. Unfortunately the skill set just isn’t there. When she finished I pointed out white base that was already showing. The tech wasn’t interested and got the owner who started fixing one. When I tried to show her the others- she snipped to just put my hand under the UV. So I got up and left as I don’t have tolerate this.

When I initially went into here. The service was okay. But very next day my nail started to lift up. I returned to the nail salon to ask them to fix the nail. This woman literally disregarded what I was saying and told me. Oh no! Not going to be able to fix that. We got into a back and forth and she locked me inside the nail salon.
