Sharda's beauty salon — Attraction in Bloomingdale

I went here for the first time on 8/22,I had eyebrows and upper lips threading done with the owner. She did a fantastic job. She charged me $12 for eyebrows and $6 for upper lips,I paid cash so they only charged me $17. I wanted to have the whole face done but she doesn't do that, but the lady next to her does it . I'll try her next time for the whole face, since I never had the whole face done before. But I'll go back to have the owner to do my brows n upper lip every month afterwards. It's a long drive for me,but I think it's well worth it. The place is clean,the people were nice,they didn't talk much,but very efficient,just get the job done and out. If you look for someone with a lot of chitchat, this is not a place for you,but that was my first time, that's my observation.. I just took a number,sat at the few chairs there,but the wait was short,no one but me there waiting for her. Maybe cuz I was there in the early afternoon on the weekday. I heard it got really crowded at different times of the day,but people mostly waited for Sharda the owner to do. She did a very quick job but a very careful job,she did my brows first,then upper lips, but still went back to brows for a few more times. I didn't think I had much to take out from my brows,I was so surprised how much she took out. ...

The owner is cheater! They make people wait for a long time in their tiny little parlor. Wondering why they’re not buying a bigger space if they’re getting so much business. They assign ticket numbers for turn. When I got my turn, I got the owner to work on my eyebrow and upper lips. She didn’t say nothing at that time but in the end charged me $5 more. I asked why she charged more than a rate written on a board to which she replied her charge is different. She thinks she’s doing the job better than her own employees so she is going to rip of her customers.

She was not at all professional and made me to pay $2 more.

Last time also she forced me to buy $10 gift card just because of 50 cent difference between the card and cash limits they have set up.

She told me in the end to not come back in future. I got mad and told her she’s very rude but she was not at all apologized and kept telling me I’m very busy so don’t bother me.

I wish I could have given her 0 star. The owner is really disgusting person. Unethical, Unprofessional and unfair. I would not go there again and doesn’t recommend anyone to...

Love them! Happened to be recommended by a friend since my girl in bartlett was gone for a couple weeks. Couldn't be happier to walk in even when busy & pull a number (like a deli ticket) not wait more than a couple minutes and have cleaned up brows so fast. They are cheaper than they should be and do a great job. Still go to them here and there only since my girl is closer but will be going again today or this week. Highly suggest, the ladies are wonderful and sweet and its not uncomfortable the first time, I know I don't like to go to new places he first time when being used to someone for so long. They are welcoming and know why they are doing. Even if you walk in and its packed, don't worry - don't walk out, worth the wait for a few minutes. I'd wait 30 or so if needed!! Love them,...
