MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Bloomingdale

Ordered online. The WEBSITE says order ready at 12. Get there just barely after 12. Three to four people in line. Wait a few minutes, inquire about order. Lady said it was just put in should take a few minutes. Weird because you assume that when you order at 1135 and it says order ready at 12, your order is ready at 12. The people in line got their orders before me and some people that showed up after. They gave a quick generic sorry and that was it. Week before a co worker had the same thing happen and she was told it was because they want the order fresh. Ummmm.,. What’s the point of ordering online to purposely have it ready at a specific time to show up and have your order not even ready or being made? I ask again .....what is the point of ordering online to have it ready at a certain time to come in and wait twenty plus minutes for your order? Plus they made one of the pizzas wrong on top of it. We won’t come back again since this seems to be a common occurrence. When you have thirty minute lunch break and rely on ordering online to not waste the entire time waiting for an ONLINE order, it’s annoying and makes you think they do t care about your time. Again not coming back purely for service and...

We visited this location at around 5:30 PM. The restaurant was slow when we arrived, and we waited in line for about 3 minutes. We enjoyed that we got to pick a variety of different toppings for out pizzas and the preparation was meticulous. We ordered 3 pizzas, and they all turned out so well that we wanted to get a pie to-go. We waited roughly 15 minutes in line for the order. The preparation seemed extremely rushed and shortcuts were taking place due to the long line. The sauce, toppings, and cheese were less than what we got on our 1st order of pizzas. The employees were using their hands instead of utensils to put the ingredients on the pizza. Compared to when I was standing in line at 5:30, this time they didn't care at all. Upon asking for fresh basil, the reply from the young pizza maker was "we don't have it anymore" with attitude and no apology. Once again, the quality of the pizza is GREAT, but only if the restaurant...

Never been to a MOD PIZZA before until last week. We are vegan and read they had choices that were vegan friendly. I was happy with my first experience in another location in Algonquin. Then I went to this location a few times and all was good. Today 8/5/2020 however was a change. This pizza was good however when I reviewed my debit account I realized they charged me for 1 pizza and then ran my card for another , only a little higher cost. When I called to rectify this, the store has no idea what happened or what to do, got the run around, they said press 3 and the customer service will be able to help me. Guess what, they can't. Sent me to a 19 year Asst GM that had no idea what to do either. She said that the GM needed to review this and see what can be done because there doesn't seem to be any order behind or in front of mine for the $12.16. So now I have to wait for the GM to call me when he gets around to it.
