Updated from our most recent visit Good food, friendly staff. One of our favorite places! *We had such a great visit tonight! From the minute we walked in the door and were warmly welcomed to the moment we were graciously thanked for coming in as we left it was one of our best experiences in all of our years visiting Noodles and Company. General Manager Danny Ortiz was exemplary in every way possible!! He greeted us when we first walked in the door, he helped us with our order and made some really good suggestions!!, he made sure our food was prepared perfectly and he checked on us during the meal to make sure we were all doing well and our meal was good. The service was above and beyond what is normally decent service! We already liked the company but tonight's experience made us feel better and even more at home! This place is really nice! I went here a while ago and the food is amazing for fast food standards. Although the containers they use are impossible to open sometimes... I'd suggest it of you are in the mood of noodles, or want a nice place to just sit and eat (unless there's a lot of people there) I've gotten all dine-in, take out, and delivery, they do it pretty fast for the first two, but the last one will take a bit depending on who's working so it's not always the most reliable but you don't have to wait half a year LIKE SOME OTHER PLACES! Noodle and Company needs to explain how 8 pieces of tortellini can be justified to cost $8.33! They showed me a small bowl but I expected them to actually fill it! Not just eight pieces! Yes it tastes good - other than cold cucumber that was slowly warming up in the dish. The garlic Alfredo sauce is nice. But worth the price??? NO WAY! Atmosphere is very sterile. Staff member I ordered from was friendly. My last time ever eating at a Noodles and Company restaurant. Much more options out that where cost is way more reasonable for the amount served.
