For context, we ordered for 8 people. It was a to go pickup order made on the app.
The Good - food was tasty
The Bad:
1 Some of the bowls didn't have everything in them. I specifically noticed mine was missing the egg option
2 When you pick a good chunk of the options, it looks like the portions of those items are significantly lowered. For instance I barely noticed the potatoes in the bowl.
3 This was the worst part. The app said order was ready. We got this notice at 3pm. We showed up for pickup at 3:15. Order was in fact not ready. We finally got it at 3:30. This is extremely annoying.
If you have a system in place that tracks orders and lets the customer know it is ready, how is it setup to where its off by a half hour? The best I can assume is this is marked off by the employees at the store. I'm guessing you have certain metrics that you have to hit, and to be on a good metric the employees marked the order as ready to make that metric look good. Regardless of the reason I would highly recommend making sure that the customers are not being prompted that something is ready when clearly it's no where near ready. An experience like this leaves a bad impression on someone and can prevent them from coming back.

Recently me and my partner tried Bloomingdale and we were so pleasently surprised! The people who work there are very precise and they really do their best to provide great customer service. They go by the guidelines and are very friendly, hardworking people. We love the food too, it always so fresh and delicious! Many options such as steak/beef to chicken, tofu and vegan options. The bowls are huge, I even had to order a small bowl the second time and it still was a decent size. The employees give you a good amount of each serving. Read moreI came into Bibibop about 20 minutes before they closed, and I was honestly expecting the usual last-minute service — you know, where everything’s already put away, they’re out of half the ingredients, and the staff is ready to go home. But that was not my experience here.
Isabel helped me, and she was incredible. You’d never guess she’s only been there a few months — she was so knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. She even helped me set up my rewards account. Her energy was so positive, it felt like it was the start of the day, not the end.
