Updated: changed from 1 to 5 stars. Even though the process was daunting and everything that could go wrong, did go wrong with the title. Craig Stewart made sure everything was taken care of and worked with me to get things done. Overall community is a good place to buy a vehicle if your local, if your not have a true understanding of how the vehicle title process works or just pay someone to do it for you. Original: Out of state buyers beware. Update: The company sent the pay off check to the title company and not the bank. I am still having to babysit the dealership on getting the title. Apparently their title person cannot pick up the phone to learn how to obtain a title. So went to get a oil change at a different dealer, turns out community could have transferred the Jeep wave program but didn’t. The Jeep didn’t even have the tool kit it in it. Still don’t have the title, apparently their title guy can’t call and follow instructions how to get the trade in title. I bought a 392 wrangler and gave you all a 5k check which wasn't taken off on the bill of sale. I didn't notice this but luckily the bank did when y'all tried to get the loan for 80k instead of 75k. I ll give y'all the benefit of the doubt but this a pretty interesting situation. I gave up some money on the trade, paid a premium for the car, and I could have been hustled out of 5k. Also the car was used but still is an expensive car and at the price point a better job could have been done on a few things. I was told that the jeep wave doesn't transfer but it does, y'all could have helped or informed me about transferring the Uconnect and the jeep didn't come with the tool kit. Overall, the experience was easy because of the money y'all made off me but I've spent the same money at bmw and they treat people better. At this price point regardless of if a vehicle is new or used I shouldn't have to check peoples work on numbers and y'all could do a better job of understanding how the jeep wave and Uconnect work. Also my bmw is still not paid off and it's March 15th and I purchased the jeep February 19th. I called John the finance person but haven’t heard anything. I had to make a payment on the bmw so I’ll get to make 2 car payments this month. My advice to people shopping here is pay attention to everything as they are trying to squeeze every dime they can out of the situation. I see a lot of good reviews maybe they treat out of state customers differently?

Bought a 2022 Jeep Compass from here June of 2022. Used with barely 400 miles on it. Said the previous owner had it for only a few weeks and brought it back as a trade in. Only because he didnt like the car, not because of any other issue. The Compass is in great condition. They were asking quite a lot for it, but I couldnt pass up the low mileage of a "used car". The guys were very welcoming and answered all my questions and didn't pressure me into anything, just made suggestions. Joey was the guy who helped me, gave me his card and phone number and told me I could contact him any time with questions or concerns. He even asked if I wanted a picture with my newly purchased car. I had a license plate problem, only because me and my cousin bought cars on the same day at the same time, and the dealership accidentally switched the temporary plates. They gave me one with my name, but my cousins car info, and my cousin one with her name, but my car info. It was a minor mistake, but they apologized for the mix up, and printed new tempoarary plates right away.

I recently visited a Jeep dealership in Bloomington, IN and was fortunate enough to work with an amazing advisor, Brandon Craig. He took the time to thoroughly explain the urgent need for attention to both my front and rear differentials which I agreed to have repaired. Unfortunately, it came to my attention that the Chapman Jeep dealership in Scottsdale, AZ neglected to carry out the necessary work even though I was charged for it. I was lucky to have the assistance of Brandon and the talented mechanics at Community Jeep who provided evidence of the neglected work. I am extremely grateful for their exceptional service in preparing my vehicle for a long-distance trip and helping me seek a refund from the negligent Chapman Jeep dealership in Scottsdale, AZ. I look forward to my next visit to town and visiting Community Jeep. Thank you again to the wonderful team at Community Jeep.

While shopping online I found a truck listed at Town and Country. The ad said, "just arrived!" But the only picture was a stock photo. So I looked up there website to see if it listed more info. I found many ads for Rams, but I'm specifically looking for a Nissan.

I was short on time, and we need to replace our vehicle wrecked by an old guy who "didn't see" before our rental goes away.

Up popped a chat window covering the screen I was searching. . So I thought, "fine.. I'll ask where it is." I had already suspected it was not actually there, but I can't afford to miss an opportunity this short on time. So the lady goes threw the typical introduction. I just asked for pics and info. She continued with 20 questions. "Can I have your last name as well?" Sure... then, "When will you plan to buy?" shows up in the long exchange for some one just wanting to see what's for sale and avoid all the used car salesmanship.

That question is more or less a screen to determine whether or not they want to "waist" their time on me. I'm sure they deal with a lot of lookers, but the moment you insult me asking whether or not I'm worth your time, it's over!

So I said I don't have time for all this, I suspect you don't even have the vehicle, I just want to know what you have for sale. Then I ended the chat frustrated with all the bait and switch tactics.

I would have left it at that, but apparently a rep from Town and Country felt the need to call me and explain why they were lying in their advertising. She also went through the normal greeting ritual further costing me valuable time, and I quickly explained I had already chatted with a sales person. She said that's why she was calling, and then proceeded to explain at length that "Cars come in, and they are 'automatically' posted on 'all' the online sites, before 'they' had a chance to check them and decide whether they would even want to keep them for sale locally, or send them out to auction."

She offered this explanation as though it were perfectly plausible, and actually expected me to believe this was normal and acceptable! I'm not sure why I thought this would help, but I decided to explain that perhaps they needed to change their policy!... rather than mislead customers with false advertising!

This didn't even phase her. She picked right back up like a good used car salesman with her intelligence insulting diatribe! It was at this point that I decided to interrupt her, for which she suggested I didn't need to be rude, and I began to suggest that perhaps she and Town and Country didn't need to be rude waisting people's with bait and switch tactics and false advertising! In the middle of my response, she began to talk over me and it wasn't going pretty. After I finished my sentence in a voice loud enough to be overheard from her loud imputance, I just caught the words, "...and if you don't like it there's a forum where you can express your opinion! "

So I am! How much insult to intellect do you have to tolerate? If Town and Country were to purchase a robot machine to harass everyone in the state to come buy a car would they say, "Let me explain. . It was the machine. .." and actually expect people to walk away and think... oh, that explains everything! Now I understand! Please forgive me for insinuating anything against Town and Country's policy and protocol. Those pesky machines are entirely the problem! ? Do they really believe customers are that stupid?

The obvious answer is yes! They do.

So if you enjoy being salesmanned and insulted by used car people who want to make your experience something to write about... Town and Country is the place for you! Otherwise, I suggest you look for a more honest and...

I have been searching for a jeep wrangler for awhile when I stumbled apon a few pre owned jeeps with town and country bloomington. I have a hectic schedule so I inquired about the jeeps on the lot via email. I was immediately called and was informed that the jeeps were still available for a test drive. When I arrived, however I was informed the jeeps had been sold no big deal these things happen. Another sales associate informed me it wasn't sold that day however but several days previous to my inquiry. This bothered me as I had just talked to someone stating they were available I even left work early to assure I made it in time to take it for a test drive. The sales person that informed me they had sold the vehicle wanted to make sure and offered to drive over to the service lot. When he came back he stated that there was one same mileage same price of 16500 different color and newer. I stated well if it's the same price I will test drive it perhas the guy i spoke with on the phone was confused. They had to search for the keys and had difficulty locating them. Once found we drove down to the service center to take it for a drive. Once we were there I was informed that the other salesman was incorrect and the jeep was listed for 18500. Since we were already there I didn't see any harm in driving it, but was a little disappointed that once again i was misinformed. When we returned to the dealer I was asked what I thought. I was honest and stated I liked it better at the 16500 price. The sales man stated he couldn't go that low but was willing to see what they could do. As I sat there for awhile he came back with a break down of the vehicle not offering any sort of price lower than what he offered which is why they kept me waiting in the first place. By this point my patience was dwindling. The salesman then asked what it would take for me to leave with the vehicle and I wrote down 16500 which is what I was originally told. He walked a away stating there was no way they could remotely come close to that and never even offered what they could work with. He then hands me the break down with a listing of 19998 pre tax for the same vehicle I was told was 16500 and then 18500. When I informed him of this he made me feel like a liar by stating he never quoted the vehicle at that price. He never even attempted to fix the mistake nor work with me to find a solution. I felt as if my time was not valued because I was looking at pre owned. They completely wasted my time and I felt as if they didn't care to have my business at all. I left feeling worse then when i arrived and as if i wasted their time by even being there. I never even received a follow up call when I emailed my converns to the company. That to me is just horrible service and no way to...
