Monroe County Circuit Ct Clerk — Attraction in Bloomington

I’ve been trying to file a protective order and came in 5 minutes before they close. The security guard in the front told me to hurry because they were getting ready to close. I got to the counter and people looked, but not one person asked me if I needed help. So I ended up walking back to the office to speak to PL about my protective order. A petite older, harsh looking woman asked me what I was doing and I told her I was there to see Lopez about my protective order. She told me that I couldn’t just come back there and I told her that nobody was going to help me, so I had to do what I had to do. This trashy woman proceeded to tell every single lady in the office about how rude I am while shaking her head at me. I let her know why I was there, sincerely, in which she replied “you don’t need to be rude”. If there was anyone being rude, it was this harsh, trashy woman. That office seems very katty and unprofessional. And that’s the last thing that women need when they’re already on high alerts from trying to keep themselves and their children safe. I got a citation on the 27th and immediately fixed it the day of. I went to the clerks office on the Monday 1st of July an hour from where I live to show proof of correction and get the citation waived, they stopped me at the door without greeting and said it was closed due to computers being down. I asked if there was anyone else I could turn my documents in to and they said no. I asked if there was anyone I could talk to about an extension on my days to get it fixed since they were unavailable and he said no. Told me to call the next day before driving up. I’ve been calling ever since NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. I’ve called the prosecutors. Traffic clerk, and the clerks office, no answer. The attitudes here are very nasty and rude over the phone.. and come on now if you can dish it out be able to take it don’t try to hurry up and transfer me I was very respectable and was taking it but I got to a point in the conversation where I wasn’t going anymore and when I asked why are you being so rude I got put on hold I spoke to another lady.. named Cindy she was the only nice one and I thanked her for being nice. She also said there was no reason for anybody else to be rude and she apologize for them but no, I’m not excepting nobody apology for anybody else. What type of stuff is that I understand.
