I visited Argentum Jewelry recently for a second opinion on resizing my engagement ring. My ring is a family heirloom from my fiancé's family, so maintaining the integrity of the ring was extremely important.

After visiting Gold Caster's in town, they said they could not size my ring down because of the design of my diamonds. What they could do was take the diamonds and make a customized band fit to my size. This would have cost me $2,500 dollars, the replacement of the original band, and the ring being worked on for 9 weeks.

Instead, I went to Argentum. Their lovely staff measured my hand and said it should be no problem to size down the ring with the original band. After 2 weeks, they ring was delivered and it fits my hand PERFECTLY!!! Not only that, but I only paid a total of $110.

One of my rings purchased from Argentum developed a flaw quickly, but after submitting it for repair I got it back within the week. It was even better than new, and I have worn it every day since!

The experience was so great with that ring that I decided to bring my "trouble ring" to them for a resize. That ring had been resized twice elsewhere, to abysmal results. We just purchased our wedding rings here and couldn't be happier with the service! Sally, the owner, approached us when we were looking at the bands case and asked if we needed any help. We told her what she was looking for and she was patient and not pushy with us. She also offered recommendations of similar things that would help save us a few dollars! She didn't ask for our budget to start, which at first made me nervous because that is what everywhere else had done, but in the end she didn't try to upsell us and sell us something in the absolute top of our budget. My fiance and I really appreciated the time she took to explain the different styles of domes and finishes of the bands.
