Update: The manager reached out and apologized, offering me a free service. My tech was much better than before and the staff was friendly and apologetic. I do believe the tech who performed my services when I had my bad experience has been terminated. I appreciate the customer service and efforts to provide good service after my last experience.
What a miserable experience. Yesterday I had an appointment scheduled. Long story short I was called not once but twice to change the times to what eventually ended up being an hour and a half past my initial appointment time. For the inconvenience, I was advised I would receive a discount. (This did not happen).
I was originally set with a master stylist, and was provided a junior. Not sure if its a junior thing or this salon, but this is the second time I've been here and had issues that will ensure I will NOT go back. The junior had her phone on the bed during the appointment and was constantly texting. I have never experienced anything like it in any of the over 30 times I've had eyelash extensions.
The stylist filled in one eye much more than the other and pushed her hands down on my forehead the entire appointment. I had a pounding headache, so I kept trying to move my head to politely tell her to stop and she would move it back or tell me to move my head, only to again put pressure on my forehead. My eyelashes are completely uneven. I was not consulted with my size or style, which I assumed she knew from my prior appointment there in the notes, but do not look correct at all.
I went to check out and did not receive a discount, nor an apology for the inconvenience. I have been going to the Amazing Lash in Davie for 2 years and only went to Boca because I moved, but I will be making the 30+ minute drive to avoid going to this salon. Go to Davie, everyone is polite and professional. Avoid Boca at all costs. I'm not sure if the juniors are the problem and you should pay more for a master (which in my opinion is ridiculous, if you have a membership you should trust your eyelashes will look good regardless of the stylist) but I have had nothing but poor...
Read moreI started to go to amazing lash studio last December. My full set was great but one eye had more lashes filled then the other. I went in for a correction, which they offered free of charge, and it looked much better. I have gotten probably 2 or 3 corrections because no one can get it right there. This place does not cover each lash, they cover as much as they can in the allotted time that is booked. So even though you are PAYING for a full set or refill, you are not actually getting it. After a month or so I started going to another lady who does it at her house and she actually fills every single lash. I froze my account with Amazing Lash to see if my new lady was consistent, which she was because I get compliments everyday. I went to cancel my membership and they said I still had to pay for one final month (which is on the contract because I checked). I go in for my last and final apt with a new tech, who was very nice, gentle, and relaxing, but I left looking like I still needed a refill. My left eye had gaps in between and by the next morning when I went to brush, 9 lashes came off (yes i counted) my left eye only which made it look even more bare. They were applied at the tip of my natural lash. I went back the next day for a correction, because they offered again, with a "master stylist". This master stylist is nothing compared to the new lady I go to that charges the exact same price, yet she fills every single lash. To top it off, once I got to my "correction apt" after the receptionist checked me in, she asked if I wanted to leave the master stylist gratuity. Why would I leave gratuity upfront for someone who I have never been to. I do not know what to expect, what kind of job they are going to do, and if they are even going to correct the problem. All they care about is money there. The new receptionists are nice, but the ones that have been there already are programmed like robots. No customer service skills. So glad I cancelled and will never return to such a scam place. OH AND NOT EVEN 24 HOURS AND I STILL HAVE...

My overall experience with this company is great, my lashes always look outstanding and lots of people compliment them. I always tell people where I got my lashes in order to get even more clients for them. I have been a customer since May 2016. I'm taking great care of my lashes so they always look so natural and I can go for a month without refill. My specialist who does my refills Ali is great and she does an amazing job. But here comes the negative part. When I signed contract no one ever explained to me details of charges and etc. Of course I read them by myself, but apparently some details are not there. So I booked my usual appointment a few weeks ago. Usually the appointment lasts 1 hour. So I came for my refill and specialist finished my lashes in 30 minutes, I was surprised, but thought maybe she did it faster. So I came to front desk to make my next appointment and the front desk associate says my charge for that appointment is 35$ because of 30 minutes service, I was like great how come I never knew that I had a 30 minute appointment for an extra charge, as I thought I came for my regular one hour appointment. Same day I got charged my usual membership fee so it was ok as I knew about that one, but 30 minute appointment which I never made but had to pay for it, I'm sorry but it's crazy. No one bothered to explain me anything. It is so sad that I'm always trying to tell people how great this place is but they are disappointed me with these misunderstandings about charges.
