Good afternoon, My family and I attended this church for a few months and felt lost in the congregation. Many of the groups my wife and I attended felt like cliques. My children, (who attend public school) felt like they did not fit in at the youth programs as recently as a special weekend called Break Thru because the great majority of the attenders attend Boca Christian and it felt like it was a school activity. My children state that they feel like they are looked down upon by the kids who attend school there because they go to public school. Even the two directors work for the school. Many of the staff members are relatives of the Senior Pastor or other administrators of the school, making the church feel even more like a clique. My family has attempted to talk to the pastors numerous times but only get as far as a superficial "Hello". It also feels like a lot of people are only trying to sell you stuff ( many attenders sell multi Vitamins and other health supplements). The one thing my family did enjoy was getting to hear missionaries from other parts of the world speak. I am thankful there are many churches in Boca Raton and look forward to...
Read moreWe have been members Boca Raton Community Church since we arrived in Florida in 1997. Both of our children attended Boca Raton Christian School which is one of the greatest assets of our church. We have been very active in the church over the years especially in missions. We were blessed to be part of Pastor Bill's family mission trips to Brazil. We went on to attend many more of these short term trips which transformed our view of God and helped us learn to love others from a multicultural perspective.
What we love most about our church is the love that Pastor Bill has for God's word and his love for God's word is contagious!
So We have a great church, a humble transparent Pastor who is a great teacher and the Lord who has called us to serve Him there. It's a gift and a huge blessing!

Did not give 5 stars because church service "band" is way too loud, every song sounds about the same, they need half the volume and half the singers, far better to go for quality over volume. Band leader Pastor Clay migrated this from Calvary Chapel and I think it is a big mistake. It's OK though, I sit out the first 20 minutes and find comfort in the reception area although the music that filters through is also too loud out there. And if you think I am just old and not appreciative of blaring music, I grew up with Eric Clapton, Carlos Santana, Jimmy Page, Jimmy Hendrix, Pat Benatar and alot of others and loved it...
