The Poké Company — Restaurant in Boca Raton

I’ve eaten here a few times and also have done delivery and Uber eats. Be aware that Delivery May take more than 1 hour to arrive as it was my experience. I still have them other chances after that because I truly like their menu items and it’s the only one in Coral Springs that I know of. The food is really good if you enjoy healthy options. I’ve head Poke bowls, sandwiches, juices and Açaí Bowl. I must say, the Açaí Bowl was delicious and I’ve had “hit and miss” with the Poke Bowl and Juices. Sometimes the juices are delicious and sometimes too watery, I’m not sure why wouldn’t they stick to 1 recipe. Their sandwiches are lovely; toasted, plenty of meat, delicious spread. If my picky 6 year old liked it, than it must have been good. Poke bowls are a decent size but compared to places in Boca and Ft. Lauderdale they are overpriced and have less items in their bowl. I still enjoy them but if the price was $10 I would probably eat here more often because I always order for multiple people. The decor and overall vibe is ambient and modern. We recently had the pleasure of hosting a fundraising event for our baton twirling team at the Poke Company, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, the team at the Poke Company went above and beyond to make our event a success.

The Anchorettes Baton...

Imagine if Chipotle was a sushi joint with an overwhelmingly confusing menu... You're here. The food is excellent if you can stumble onto a good combination though to be honest most things will go together, more or less. It's just too easy to overdo it and mash together too many things, ruining the delicate flavors of what would otherwise be a really tasty dish. Also, it suffers from the standard sushi issue: be prepared to be be hungry again after an hour.

It's an interesting experience, to be sure. It'll take a few tries to get into some decent combinations and know when to say no to a topping, but it's kind of worth trying out. The new model everyone seems to be moving towards with a la carte style combination menus is interesting but can be very overwhelming, especially when faced with so many unknown flavors. With experience comes understanding, and maybe that's the idea, but you'll have to have some patience to get...
