My overall experience was not entirely bad but my first impression was terrible. I had reserved tickets online to ensure that we would be able to get in since I knew it would be busy on a Saturday. I live in a different state but came back home to visit family and thought I would try out this place since I heard about it from other family members. Upon arrival, we were told that they weren’t letting anymore walk-ins in the building since the building had reached capacity due to overbooking parties. I explained that I bought tickets online for my daughter and niece but they still wouldn’t let us in. They advised us to come back another day without any additional pay. I explained that I was from a different state and could not come back a different day (nor should I have to since I payed online and the location was too far to come back to unwillingly at a later time) The lady was friendly and understanding and gave me a customer service number to call in order to get an immediate refund. I called the number and the customer service representative refused to give me a refund and insisted I come back and play another day. After several attempts of explaining that I’m visiting from a different state and cannot come back another day, she still refused to refund me. I then asked to speak to a manager, which she refused to transfer me and told me should would have to give me a call back to see if I could be offered a refund. At this point I was highly upset and my kids were very disappointed that they weren’t being let in. I went back inside to talk to the lady and explained to her that they were refusing to give us a refund. She eventually called the corporate location and explained the situation and asked them to give me a refund, once again they refused and told her to just let us in even though they were booked to capacity. I quickly realized that this was entirely about the money and they just didn’t want to lose money by offering me a refund and did not care about the customer experience at all. Since the girls really wanted to play we decided to comply and just stay and play. The overall place is really nice and has great potential to be a good play place for children but there are some things that needs to be revised. Cleanliness was an issue. There was old candy bags and bubblegum inside the ball pits which my kid thought was a good idea to pick up and eat (gross). There was hair and debris all over the play areas. Big Kids were roughhousing each other (pushing, kicking, punching, and fighting) They had an area for infants-2 years old but there were many big kids there that weren’t being supervised and intervened with the little kids playing. The overall organization and planning needs to be revised and management needs to be trained as well as employees to plan better party experiences and walk in experiences as well as cleanliness on a daily basis. Personally I don’t know if I would ever come back since my experience wasn’t great, but if I do, it won’t be for a very long time until they get some...
Read moreI had a birthday party for my son here this weekend and not sure if I would do it again..
Check in area is really crowded and a little overwhelming. There needs to be more structure and organization when welcoming in party’s. A lot of my guests would walk in and be confused looking for help because there are so many people in the front check in area, they dont know where to go or who to get help from.
For the first hour there is no where to place gifts from guests or costs. Guests have to be walking around with things in their hands while chasing their little ones.
Timing was off too. They said they gave us our room early but when we went in nothing was set up at all. Our dance party was supposed to be at 5:55pm but I had to ask them to do the dance party at 6:13pm which cut into our room and food time. After everything was set up and kids were eating it was about 6:40pm leaving us 20 mins to sing happy birthday. It was just very rushed, $700 for a party that wasn’t on schedule and just very rushed wasn’t worth it to me. It was really hot in the facility. I talked to the manager about my experience. I think she thought we were trying to argue with her because she kept talking over us and making it seem that we were lying about the timing before off. She said they gave us an extra hour but in reality it was wasn’t an extra hour because the room wasn’t prepared at all. I can see other rooms the whole time I was there and everyone else’s room is ready for them before they go in. Nothing was ready for us at all which was cutting into our party time. The manager offered me a free entry for my next visit but I highly doubt I’ll come back. I wouldn’t recommend this facility for birthday party’s at all. I have family members that were interested in doing a party here but I explained it’s not a good idea because the timing is really strict and unorganized. I used to work in the party planning business I know how chaotic it can be but there needs to be a better system than this. Very...
Read moreTook my daughter here on her spring break. We came from out of town and found them on TikTok thought it would be a great place for her to burn off some energy. We went there on a Sunday afternoon the place was packed. Once we got to the front desk to purchase wristbands I informed the young lady at the register that my daughter is autistic and nonverbal. She told me that if my daughter gets overwhelmed at the facility she is free to play in the toddler section. My daughter is 7 years old but she is very tall for her age. We went into the toddler section because all the other areas were a bit overwhelming for her. My daughter loved the toddler section especially the slides. As she was playing one of the workers comes up to us and says she can’t be in there. I told him that the woman at the front desk who we purchased wristbands from said it’s okay for my daughter to go into the toddler section if she’s overwhelmed. I explained to him that my daughter is autistic. The male worker backed off and proceeded to go back to standing at the entryway of the toddler section. So my daughter continues to play and is enjoying herself. As I’m watching my daughter play another male worker comes up to my child and is telling her she can’t be in the toddler section. My daughter is autistic and nonverbal I approach the male worker and tell him that is my child and she can be in here. The other male worker backed off and went on his way. This place needs to have better communication/training among the staff. Because there is no reason I should have to keep explaining what my child disability is. They need to have way better training amongst the staff about kids with needs. Us parents with children with needs go through enough. I shouldn’t have to be questioned by every staff member and constantly explaining my daughter needs. I would not return to this place due to my first and last...
