If I can give NO STARS I would! I placed an order on 2/23/25 for take out. Upon arrival to pick up the food I pulled up in the drive through lane and there was a car in front of me. I waited roughly 10mins to see the drive thru lady give my entire food to the car in front. The car in front had to go through my food to realize that that order was not his order. So the driver gives back all the food to the drive thru lady and the car pulls forward and parks. So now I pull up the the window to pick up my food and the lady gives me the same food she gave the car in front of me. So now I question her and she gets very upset. She knew she is NOT to give any food that someone else returned. I pointed that out and she got very rude and very disrespectful and slammed the window in my face. I kept asking her for a manager and she came back to the window and almost screamed at me and slammed the window a second time in my face. I waited for another 10mins in the drive through since I refused to move because I requested a manager. After 10mins the manager at that time (I don’t remember his name) came to talk to me and totally understood where I was coming from. I requested a refund and he did refund me my order. The manager offered to re-do my order but I refused it. At this point is not about the food. I can go else where and pick up better food than there but the fact of how I was treated is unacceptable. I will not let that slide! The lady running the drive through needs to be terminated. Her horrible customer service and how she treats customers will make you guys lose more and more customers. She should not be running the drive-through. She has no customer skills. But the way she treated me she should be terminated. And if you guys don’t you guys failed doing your job! Bad example for the other employees.
You guys have lost a long time customer And going forward, I would not be recommending you guys to friends or family. I will be instructing ALL of my employees to not bring their customers ever back to this restaurant and we will no longer be catering food from you...
Read moreWent through DT around end of May, horrible experience. First they didn't give all the order out. Had to drive back around to get the rest, they knew they didn't put all in bag. Once got home order wasn't even right. Wanted a BBQ pork sandwich, got pork dinner, didn't even know that was an item as I've never ordered that before. Pork wasn't BBQ either. Had SO much fat couldn't even stomach it, had to throw most out. Went I dumped onion rings on plate a pool of grease came out with them. Wrote a review sent off to corporate. Never heard anything, even gave receipt info. So sent another review stating they must not care, said I gave them chance to make it right, before going to social media. Then low a behold got response on June 5th saying " sorry" never got your email can you send again. So on June 11th responded saying I didn't have the original email or even the receipt since I hadn't heard I figured they didn't care. So in My response I told my story again. It is now June 21st I have heard nothing from them. So yet again absolutely poor customer service. In this day and age I do not go to places that waste my $, and they have proven they don't care about their quality of food or their customers experience. I wouldn't be putting this review out if this was a one off, but it's not. I've had a few other bad experiences at this location but just wrote it off, not anymore. I don't even write reviews, but not anymore. I try to spend wisely and if not satisfied don't go back. Now I don't go back to places AND write reviews as I'm tired of places getting away with how they treat the consumers who help them stay in business. Read moreVery bad experience this week. We have been visiting The Patio for over 15 years. The last year the quality has been slipping. This week we took an order to go through the drive through. An item was missing and the patty melt was severely undercooked. There was a piece of zucchini in the sandwich as well. There was also a burnt piece of a waffle fry (we think). We did not order waffle fries, and to be honest I’m not sure they even offer waffle fries. The pickle did not appear fresh. I have attached pictures. Upon calling and talking to Adriana the manager she was unfriendly, did not apologize and hung up on us. When we called back, she said the line must have been disconnected. She said she was not willing to credit the patty melt because she found it hard to believe the patty melt was raw or medium.
I understand that mistakes can happen, when they do, it’s is the customer service that makes it right. I am concerned about the food safety and quality and very disappointed in the customer service. I have contacted the Will County Health Department and my credit card company. I will never eat here again.
