EDIT This place is now closed as of 9/1/25 when we last walked past it in the promenade. Have been going to this outdoor mall for years now, and it's a great place to go for meals, entertainment, and clothing shopping.
Great location off of I-355 and Boughton Rd. exit, you'll find numerous restaurants, an arcade, a bookstore, clothing stores, etc. here.
Check out Prince Arcades if you want to play some oldschool video games for a few hours or the whole day; hop in and out of the arcade with their entrance fee allowing for all day play so you can go eat or take breaks to walk around outside for some shopping & come back!
Afternoon x Twelve, a boba tea cafe is new and has great asian tea options for great prices, and features a modern and fun interior design with giant cartoony characters you can take pictures with.
If you enjoy reading and pop culture, you can also go to the Barnes & Noble, which has a huge book, toy (especially LEGO), movie (especially blu-ray Criterion collection), anime/manga selection with a spacious interior layout.
Another fun place to check out for music lovers of vinyl and pop culture in general should go to Controlled Chaos, a vinyl store with a small selection of other vintage media like video games, movies, collectibles.
There's an axe-throwing place called Master Axe Throwing which is perfect for dates, as well as an escape room place called Escape hOUR Room to test your skills while also being a great family friendly or date night option.
You've got jewelry and beauty salon options with Pandora Jewelry, Ulta Beauty, or Bath & Body Works, and a spa called C'zar Salon Spa.
There's also a few clothing stores like Macy's, Versona (women's clothing), a Lane Bryant, an H&M, a Victoria's Secret, Pro Jersey Sports, and a DSW shoe store.
For food, you have plenty of options:
Ted's Montana Grill is a great steak & bison restaurant with a western theme.
Star Cinema Grill has a movie/hollywood theme for their bar & grill modern style restaurant.
BD's Mongolian Grill is always fun with their open grill style set-up where you can choose your food & topping selections and watch it get assembled and cooked in front of you.
Danny's Pizza & Burger Bar is a spacious italian and burger joint that offers a large selection of pizzas and bar & grill style foods.
There's also a small comedy club venue called CG's Comedy Club for some local entertainment as well.
I've personally been to most of the above listed establishments, and my wife and I have been going to this mall location for about 10 years. There's always things to do, and while we usually are only there for a specific reason like LensCrafters for my wife's glasses, but we will usually get something to eat, or play a bit at the arcade, or maybe do some quick shopping there.
So, whether you're there for one event or all day long, there's plenty of things to do to keep yourself entertained and some exercise walking around from business...
Read morePORKCHOP RESTAURANT !!We were so excited about trying this restaurant!!! We walked in ( 3 of us) waited for someone to seat us....finally flagged someone down.. She gave us menus and walked away. There were 2 waitresses and what appeared like a manager working the front of the restaurant. The menu looked amazing! We waited for a server finally we flagged down the same person who seated us (she was cleaning the tables next to us). She proceeded to let us know she was our waitress and that she was about to get to us , after she finished cleaning the tables... So we ordered drinks and appetizers. Got our drinks and then sat for another five minutes( waitress no where to be seen). Finally, the man who I assume was the manager brought them over...so absolutely disappointed!! Ribs were dry and the fried pickles were both greasy and cold. the man brought out our lunch because again our waitress disappeared..food was dissapointing.. Ribs were dry, pork chop flavorless and the shrimp sandwich was soggy! We ordered a beer with lunch..the waitress dropped it ...and as I watched the man poured the leftover in a glass gave it to us and said even though it fell on the floor it was the only wheat beer they had cold so he gave it to us...REALLY... While we sat there 2 couples left because after they were sat no one attended to them... This whole experience was so disappointing.. No one seemed to care in there!! We will absolutely not be...
Read moreEasy to get around, many stores, end price range, no vacant. Good places to eat. But.. There is NOT ONE HANDICAP FRIENDLY DOOR IN THE ENTIRE MALL!! *At least Torrid had a sign to knock and they assist you IMMEDIATELY WITH THE DOOR. I actually went into the office area to complain about the situation including the lack of handicap parking on the interior, and ended up locked into the building which was NOT handicap friendly as well. (in the main offices). I actually had to call my significant other to help me out of the building , because doors are locked elevators are locked there is nobody around to assist you. . They've resolved nothing and offered me a $25 gift card to a store that I absolutely would never even shop at. They redesigned the roundabout, which no cars have access to and makes it extremely unsafe for individuals in wheelchairs going solo. The mall is a decent mall to shop at to get something that you need it's not a bunch of unnecessary stores, you could actually get shopping done at a reasonable price. If you have a disability and are going solo it's another story. They have a lot of extras which is very nice including things at Christmas and farmers markets...
