I purchased a flute case as a replacement for my daughter. I was not sure that it would be the right style and size, so I asked if I could take it home, try it, and return it the next day, if it did not work. The employee helping me told me he was certain I could return it "as long as I kept the receipt, no problem". I confirmed that was okay, because I would be willing to bring my daughter into the store, if I needed to. It was a $50 case. Needless to say, I brought the case home. Her flute did not fit. When I tried to return it, it was in-store credit only. I could not even exchange it for a different flute case, because of limited selection.    Read moreSo if you need a instrument I strongly suggest going somewhere else.I got a violin with automatic payment to come out on my credit card.There was a glitch and after paying close to $350.00 towards the violin.Keep in mind that the violin was only $900.00. They send it to collections and now I’m having to pay $1200.00 so I brought them the violin back but it doesn’t matter they still are charging $1250.00 and was signed off by a judge and I wasn’t able to even be present to defend my actions. I honestly believe that these additional fees are set up to get the most out of people and they let cards not get charged so these fees rack up. Bottom line is I brought the instrument back and now I’m going to have to pay $1250.00 for an instrument I don’t even have do not set up automatic payment if you do decide to get a instrument here. This is definitely a place you want to pay monthly and save your receipts every month. I personally will never buy anything from this...
   Read moreI did a rent to own contract on a viola here for my son and was told if he wanted to switch instruments that I could use whatever I had paid towards the viola for another instrument. Then when I actually went into the store to switch instruments they said that I had no store credit, even though I've been paying $40 a month for the past 9 months. Extremely poor customer service, if you're going to tell someone they will get store credit then you should follow through on that promise. I'm very unhappy with the way I was dealt with, the two children behind the counter were snarky, rude, and flippant about the whole situation. I will never again go here becuase of the poor customer...
