We were looking for a bedroom set for our oldest child. We had been to several places already and found a couple sets that our child liked, but nothing really stuck out. We hadn't really considered United, because I had the impression that they were a little more expensive than our price range, but oh boy was I wrong.

Not only was Sam super friendly and very knowledgeable, when we gave him our requests, he was able to show multiple pieces that he could get for us that hit all our check marks. Where other places one had one or two sets that sort of hit what we needed, United had a GREAT selection. Not only that, but their prices beat what we found other places and online. We paid probably 5% to 8% less than what we would have for similar furniture at Ashley.

We chose to pay for delivery, and even there United came in above and beyond. Sam gave us a date range to expect delivery and the furniture was brought to our house at the beginning of that range. The two guys that brought in and set up the furniture were respectful of our property and our time.

I purchased a Speed Queen washer just recently. I live pretty far away so I called and United is the dealer. The salesman said he had one and I told him to hold it for me. A couple days later I called and said I would pick it up. He replied I have to get a box for it and then explained it was a floor model. Ok, no dents or anything. I picked up the washer, they loaded it, when I unloaded the washer it had water in it. This was a used washer wow and he never said it was used. Full price was paid for this used washer.
