I had to call the police because you took the computer to the back to remove the new screen Which you should have either just given to me or reduced the price since I left with an unusable device I now have to return You gave me back the computer with the initial broken screen

I’m sorry I let you work on my device I should have picked it up at my first instinct when you didn’t call me after a week to let me know you didn’t have the part. Once you had already broke the hinge it was too late .

Took in my work computer for screen fix.owner changed me almost 500 but didn’t call me I called a week later he said he couldn’t get screen he would try somewhere else the computer was working and not locked but just broken screen. He then called and said hinge was broke when he tried to replace screen. It wasn’t broke before. He replaced screen but I am locked out of work computer. Then after he said when you change parts you can get locked out He should have told me this before It’s embarrassing and time consuming. Someone who works on it should know and advise of this possibility before they fix and break something. He refused to reduce price and he took off new screen and returned broken computer with broken screen I called police because initially he wasn’t going to give me device back. He said hw would have me arrested for trespassing. Obviously I was t trespassing I was there to pick up the computer he was supposed to have fixed that no longer works. He is arrogant and unprofessional. He also doesn’t communicate w his own staff who knew nothing about the computer the first time I went I. Md it was t done. They couldn’t find it in their computer What a mess Avoid this person and this business. There are a lot of places you can go instead to get service that doesn’t leave you worse than...

The shadiest repair I’ve ever dealt with. Brought my phone (iPhone 7+) to get the screen fixed after it was cracked. After returning an hour later they had tried to hand me back my phone with the home button not working. The repairman asked me if it was like that before I came in knowing full well it wasn’t broken. They gave me a temporary phone (iPhone 6) and told me to call the next day to check on it because they needed to order a part to fix it. After two days of calling the phone was still not repaired. I gave them a few more days and called them again, the repairman told me that they could not fix the phone and they even sent it to Apple to have it repaired to which Apple responded that they didnt want to repair the phone due to “the phone being refurbished.”... I bought this phone brand new by the way. They also claimed my battery was on its last breathe and that they took the liberty of replacing it. I had no prior problems with this phone’s battery. So they handed me my phone and basically told me too bad so sad and proceeded to charge me $100 for the fixed screen. When I asked if they could give me a break with the price they told me no and that they already gave me a “new” battery to make up for it. I would STRONGLY advise against going to this store! These guys are crooks! If there was a 0 star I would give it to them !

I came into the store to have a brand new replacement screen I had bought for my Microsoft surface book installed. The agent, a big black Haitian guy pulled the screen from my hands before I could remove it from the box it was in and ripped one of the cables of the screen ! He immediately yelled « you broke it » and tried to blame it on me! I calmly explained that the screen was attached to the cover by a tape and his pulling it caused the thin cable to rip. He offered we review it on camera, and I showed him where the tape. The camera showed his pulling it out of my hands causing the rip. He refused to help! I left and decided to come back to see a manager. When I came back he was there. I told him the cable was indeed ripped. He refused to have me speak to the manager claiming He was the manager! Another man came out and when I asked him to speak to the manager he went back inside saying he was not the manager.
