Good Vibrations — Attraction in Bozeman

These guys are the real deal: smart, helpful, knowledgeable, they all seem to like their work, and they aren't pushy with sales. Today I needed to buy some lower-end speakers to install myself, because that's where I'm at. But if I was looking for a professional to install a really nice audio system in my vehicle, I'd go here for sure.

They knew I was looking at their cheapest options and planning to install it myself, and two techs over the course of an hour STILL answered tons of questions and tested speakers for me. I've worked in sales positions like that, and mentally it's not always easy to be that helpful when you've got actual work to do. Other customers came and went and there were cars in the back getting worked on, but the techs out front seemed calm and willing to help until I left. That's pretty rare.

When I decide I'm ready for an upgrade, there's no question in my mind I'll go here. I'll be moving to another part of the state in a year and honestly if I don't upgrade before the move I could see myself driving a few hours just to buy a sub/amp from them.

If you want a professional to work on your car, or if you want to ask a guru about car audio, or if you want to see a cool wall full of tons of car...

This has been by far the worst experience I have had with a company in Bozeman.

First Visit - Wanted a remote start put in a work truck. Truck has a stand alone fuel management system and they refused to install a remote start.

Second visit - My fiancé’s car has remote start but the key fob stopped working. They said they needed to order an new one and it would take a week. Called 2 weeks later and oops they forgot to order it. Waited another 2 weeks, no call from them so I called once a day for 4 days got voicemail every time with no call back.

Third visit - I own a landscaping company and wanted to get good screens with backup cameras installed for my crews. Put my deposit down waited 2 weeks. Dropped first of 7 trucks off just to get a call saying they forgot to order my radios and now they can’t get them.

This place is a joke, run! No customer service, no follow through, just horrible business. If I could give one...

These guys are extremely helpful and awesome. I’ve been dealing with frustrating issues with my car stereo for YEARS, and they diagnosed what was wrong with my car and fixed me up without hesitation. Really stellar customer service!

I went in to simply buy a new media center/stereo and minutes later the guy was in my truck checking my wires, fuses and voltages trying to see what was wrong with my current system. He really went above and beyond to help me out and really did me a solid without charging me for time. That’s the type of excellent service that really stands out to me and they gave now gained my loyalty as a customer.

I felt like the knowledge these guys have on car media systems is totally underrated. I really felt like my car was in the right hands with people who care about the work they do.
