Please do not shop at this place, so many other places in town with similar options for your Montana related souvenirs and items. This establishment is incredibly rude and distasteful. They have no respect for other businesses and workers around them. They have intensely monitored a back parking lot, and have been towing vehicles at and after business hours, and they will not hesitate to let you know you are going to be towed right after parking even if you have intentions of entering the shop after a few others. They claim they monitor the lot of the safety of their employees, but fail to see that other employees of other downtown businesses use that lot so they may also park close and be able to safety reach their vehicles at the end of their shifts. I went into the Montana Gift Corral at the Mall this afternoon to find a gift. Stephanie H. Helped me and she was very patient and friendly as I spent over an hour in the store making my selection. I appreciated that she took the price tags off my gifts before she put them in the boxes. She wrapped up my items so nicely and packaged everything carefully. She also rang up my selections accurately and I appreciate her attention to detail. It was a very pleasant experience and I was so happy to find many local vendors items! She was so pleasant with her conversation making and the same I overheard with the tourists who were shopping too.
