I called 20 minutes before closing on fathers day looking for a screen replacement on my phone (i'm a small business owner, panicking about losing contact with my clients scheduled for the next day) and I think it was the owner that answered. He told me they do have parts but they are about to close for the day. I asked what it would take to make the repair today. He said $50 rush charge to do it on the spot, after hours. He should have charged more. I got there right at closing and he stuck around for another 45 minutes and repaired my phone on the spot. I think his wife or daughter had called while he was working on my phone asking what he would like for fathers day and when he would be home. Another potential client walked in (this was like 20-30 minutes after closing) and he patiently walked the potential customer through repair options, and they declined and left.. The owner carried on business like usual and was very kind and helpful to me, completed the transaction, and wished me a happy fathers day. Read moreI forgot to leave this review a long time ago, I was waiting to make sure my device was fixed without reoccurring issues. I brought in a ps5 for fixing, it was over heating. I took it in twice, both times they didn't fix it. They replaced the thermal paste the first time, then replaced the fan the second time, it didn't work still. I took it apart, cleaned the heat sinks and the power supply fan that were completely filled by dust, (they didn't take it apart that far) and it's been running without fail for a year now. It took me 2 hours. They charge me hundreds(don't remember exactly what the 2 bills were) and recommended I send it into sony for repair which costs a couple hundred dollars to do. To be fair it the heat sinks may have been an issue further down the road, but I'm an amateur, watched a few youtube videos, bought a computer repair screw driver bit set just to fix it, and did it on my first try without fail. Between my broken electronic drop-off, and subsequent pick-up visits I was witness to four other patron interactions and each person was treated like they were the only one in the room. Every question was answered in the most unassuming and pleasant manner. The tone was completely unrushed and attentive, with the obvious goal of being absolutely certain every repair option was explored and every question was comprehensively answered. It felt very humanizing! Almost more amazingly, every person in line was likewise very patient and pleasant! It was as if the courtesy shown by the team was immediately picked up on by the patrons and that cordial respect was reflected by all.
