Our salesperson didn't know much about the product, kept us waiting for quite a long time for answers to every question, and had her facts wrong about certain services. (For example, she offered us free delivery when we were looking at furniture, then later retracted it after we wrote up the order.) Additionally, she didn't tell us when we ordered that one of our pieces was on backorder. When she did call, she estimated that it would arrive May 5, but in reality it has been two weeks longer than that. The guys who delivered the product to our home rolled out the carpet. Wrapping the doorway and were very friendly not so much with the two who picked it up.
