Harbor Freight — Attraction in Brick Township

It's much worse than what I wrote below. The company is deliberately misrepresenting the size of products. Their specs say 1/2 inch jaw size but as the picture shows not only is the jaw not 1/2 inch, the opening is only 3/8 inch. There are many reviews on their website complaining and stating they contacted store managers about the website and packaging being wrong. HF doesn't seem to care and continues to misrepresent the size.

If you're looking for specialty items that perhaps home depot doesn't carry, try here. Harbor Freight is a no frills shop for home owners to contractors and everyone in between. They have a good selection of items for trailers, towing, gardening, and lawns/yard, tarps, power tools, etc. Selection could be broader but then again the stores are not the size of Lowes or Home Depot so I understand. I'm taking away one star because the staff tends to be very young, and in my experience whenever I've asked for help I have been recd with shoulder shrugs and they wont leave their "post" to try to help or even offer to get help from someone who may actually know the answer.
