Exclusive Audio Tint And Vinyl — Attraction in Brighton Charter Township

I got a box installed for my 2016 Sierra gmc truck. The seats rattle because the box isn’t small enough. This is a place that is suppose to specialize in audio and i don’t understand how you can’t install a sub box without making seats rattle. The seats do not come down all the way because box is to big causing them to rattle . I was referred to owner Cody to purchase a box from fox acoustic ... which i don’t understand how that’s my job since i pod good amount of money to get the subs installed properly not to hear rattling while driving down the road. I have had to make over 10 trips back to exclusive to not only get my subs fixed but to also get my vinyl wrap redone that they put on that peeled. I don’t understand how someone installs products but doesn’t test drive it to make sure it’s properly working and installed. Plain and simple you see a lot of negative reviews and people just complaining most of the time on google. This is an honest review that exclusive sound and Cody use cheap products, poor quality of work and just are inexperienced at what they do. There are plenty of other metro Detroit shops that do the same things that do much better quality and do it right, please don’t use them.

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!

Owner of the shop said he could paint match parts on my 22 Ram 2500 Limited. Later I found out he brokers paint work to a local body shop whom removed 6 fins to paint them individually on my $2,000 Ram Grill. Months later the Fins came loose and one of them blew off while driving the truck. (The fins are only available in chrome & as a whole grill assembly.) I brought it to his attention & he refused to pay for it. He kept denying that since the body shop he brokered the parts to painted it means he’s not involved, & then said they didn’t remove them. He in fact said that they were “assembling the grill” prior to pickup. Then backtracked & said that they never removed them to remove himself from the matter after he was backed into a corner. Customer beware. The owner doesn’t stand behind his work & I am filing a lawsuit in Oakland county...

Cody was instrumental in helping me make a choice for a remote car starter. I had him install a two way Clifford unit in my 2007 GMC Sierra Diesel. He went above and beyond in helping me understand the new addition and how the key fob worked. We ran into a small snag with the unit firing up quicker than my diesel does so I called Cody and asked him about it. He did his research and got back to me the same day about what was going on.
