I don't think this location deserves even one star; there was no 1/2 star option. This is the closest store to my residence, so naturally it is the most convenient when the app is having issues (like it was that day, leading to my visit). I actually drive, an hour total, to the Ottawa location instead. Since when exactly was it okay to CHARGE EXTRA because I pulled money out of my bank to pay my bill? Ottawa, and numerous other locations, DO NOT put on this ridiculous extra. In addition to charging extra FOR NO REASON AT ALL, I was having a problem paying my internet bill. I have both services through this company, only they are not billed together as I only recently got the internet. I didn't know my account number (I signed up for e-billing and stood there for 20 minutes trying to find the bill in my huge inbox đĄ). I asked the man at the counter numerous times to just pull up my name or address, as I knew he could find the information using either of those. He kept insisting there was no way to pull up my account without an account number. The guy next to him realized what was going on and showed him how to do it. Problem solved in 4 minutes. I'll ALWAYS go out of my way to pay my bill if this is what they are doing. Forget the clueless employee; if any company is going to charge me extra because of the way I choose to pay, you're damn right I'm going to go to a store...
   Read moreNot happy with the service techs inside this location. Went to change my protector screen under the lifetime warranty AT&T offers.. They put on the wrong screen the first time and I had to come back inside and ask for the correct screen. No apology was given,I even felt bad and tipped the tech (Nick) Five bucks because I understand mistakes happen and he had to redo the screen protector with the correct one. He rushed the process of putting on the screen protector and i ended up with a bubble in the middle of my screen and the screen is not centered with the black call bubble that the new iPhone 14 offersâŚ. Nick and his manager proceeded to lie to my face and tell me âthatâs how itâs supposed to be, bro.â And refused to do it the right way. I guess they must of forgotten that I already had a previous screen protector done the CORRECT way when I first purchased the phone.. I usually donât write reviews but even after I tipped Nick for his mistake he proceeded to lie to my face. Will not return to that location ever again. Oswego location is WAY better! Shame on the Yorkville location. Horrendous...
   Read moreMy husband and I had a very poor experience at this store. I do not recommend you shop there or use their services. Mateo is the associate who helped us. We ordered my husband a new Apple Watch. It arrived and my husband went by himself to pick it up. They helped him set it up there, but when he came home and went to put it on, the band did not fit. He wears a watch band size medium/large from Apple, but we realized we were never asked by Mateo what watch band size he wanted. Mateo must have selected small/medium on his own, and honestly just looking my husband, he doesnât even look like a small/medium. The store would only exchange the watch for the watch with the correct size band for a $55 restocking fee which is about the same price as buying a new watch band. We decided to buy a new band for the price instead to avoid working with this store again.I do not recommend you use this location if it can be avoided. Iâm extremely disappointed that Mateo did not take the time order us the correct item or triple check every selection he made...
