**UPDATE: I would like to update this review in response to the comment below and on the status of my issue.
First, yes I am sure this is the correct store and I did speak to Karl the last time I called in about the issue.
Second, my issue has finally been resolved. Just the other day I received a full refund. It took more than four months and numerous phone calls but ultimately I did get the money, so thank you.

I have been in a waking nightmare dealing with this place since November. I thought I was so lucky because they had one last iPhone X on black Friday... however, if I had known how horrible this would all turn out to be, I would have never bought it. I purchased the phone, everything seemed fine but as I was leaving I noticed that I was charged the wrong price. The original price of the phone without the promotional discount was $100 more than it was supposed to be. I talked to them immediately and was told it would be fixed on my next bill. The next bill came and there was no adjustment. I called them and was told I would get a call back... I never did. So I called again and, once again, was told it would be fixed. As you can imagine, it wasn't fixed on the next bill either. I called yet again last month, spoke with someone else who assured me I would see a $100 credit on the next bill. I asked for a confirmation email to be sent to me. Of course, I never received an email and now the next bill has arrived and surprise... there's no credit. At this point I don't know what else I can do. This may have been a mistake when I first bought the phone but at this point these people are thieves. They acknowledged each and every time I called that they messed up and charged me too much but they still have yet to correct that mistake. All I want is the money that is owed to me. This is a horrible establishment. Not only will I never purchase anything from them again but I will warn everyone I know not to waste...
Read moreThe associates are rude and unprofessional. I went in to save some time instead of reading up on my questions online and was bullied in the store. I was told I have to upgrade my plan to the new "platinum" plan in order to upgrade my cell phone to the new model. When asked why, and what's the difference I was told that one is platinum and mine isn't so I have to upgrade. Digging more into why I have to upgrade it, and after 5 minutes of being screamed at by the employee that I "HAVE TO UPGRADE" without any explanation on why, I finally learned that the platinum also includes the 5G which is required for the 5G phones. I didn't make any purchases and went online to do the research myself, as I would recommend everyone to do so before entering the store and being mistreated and forced to purchase unnecessary things without explanations on why they're important or the value they provide. Long story short after doing my research on verizon.com and upgrading my phone on the websites I was able to keep my old, non-platinum plan, and purchase the cell-phone I intended to purchase in the first place for an even better price than offered in the store with the current...

I think most of the people that do reviews on the store are probably friends of certain people that work there because this store is worse than any other customer service I have ever had anywhere ever. All the manager does is tell you what he can't do for you. I had a major issue with the transferring of information to a new phone. Many things were lost. I was promised everything would be the same as it was on my old phone and it was not. If you go there with a question and they don't know the answer they blame it on the person you spoke to prior to that. Again the manager is extremely rude. I asked him nicely for a number or an email to speak to the owner and he said he was the owner. I asked another employee for the same information and they said the owner own 60 stores and we don't know how to get ahold of him. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard.
