George Washington Toma TV and Appliance, Inc. — Attraction in Brockton

So I was failed miserably by the big box stores with trying to get four appliances, delivered and installed in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable cost. My microwave was dead and I had a grandchild coming for an extended stay…I need my nukes. I tried to no avail to get something to setup but it’s almost like they couldn’t have cared less for my business even though I discussed add-ons like a new backsplash and a a new row of cabinets. I was dismayed because 12 years ago one of the big box stores redid our entire kitchen and bath and full house painting and we couldn’t have been more delighted. This was the opposite. Disheartening.

My husband always likes to shop local and so we called George Washington Toma after finding an appliance package that worked, at their website. We called because I didn’t want to drive there just to be discouraged. Boy was I wrong. The woman who answered the phone couldn’t have been more helpful and patient and understanding of our situation. We must have spent a good half hour or more on the phone debating each choice for installation. The microwave was installed today, as promised. The rest will be installed soon. The gentlemen who installed it were polite, efficient, clean and respectful. I can’t wait for the other three pieces to get here. I’m extremely satisfied and I urge anyone who’s fed up with the big guns to give this a try. I actually don’t think I’ve spent too much more using GWT and the peace of mind...

Last year I Purchased a small refrigerator for my sons room from George Washington Toma . My experience was great. The sales woman was extremely knowledgeable and informative , and the pricing was very fair. This year‘s project is a new kitchen so I went back to look at appliances. I was met by a new sale person will who I have not met before. he introduced himself and came across as very nice and friendly. We explained what we were doing and brought measurements with us . Nate walked us through the different styles Of refrigerators and stoves. He took The time to explain the differences between all the appliances the finishes and the different price points . After we have made a decision we went to the counter and Nate calculated all the pricing. When he was done he said he would check through any rebates that may have been available . Minutes we got the final tally of the bill and the savings were very impressive. Delivery date Is only a few days . I would definitely do business with these guys again and for our next project later on this summer , We are building an outdoor kitchen and will be looking into purchasing a gas range . My wife and I recently purchased an LG front load washer from George Washington Toma TV and Appliance in Brockton, Mass. during the Massachusetts Sales Tax holiday. We can't say enough about how great our shopping experience was here. We spoke with Wilfredo, one of the salespeople there who was very personable and professional. He answered all of the questions we had regarding the washer we were interested in and explained the delivery procedure as well. We were very happy with our experience and purchase at this store and will return here in the future for any of our appliance needs. As I write this review, I must also mention that our washing machine arrived today and was set up as scheduled! From the day we made our purchase, our salesperson Wilfredo kept us updated on the delivery day and time and was spot on for the time that was scheduled. The driver Edgar, and his helper Fernando, who delivered our new washing machine did an OUTSTANDING JOB in setting up our machine!
