Elizabeth was super polite and she hooked me up with a sizable bag of peanuts. Shoutout to her.

The patty quality and cheese melting are impeccable, as usual. Most Five Guys locations put way too much ketchup and not enough mustard on their burgers, but not Five Guys Brockton. Plus, the lettuce and tomatoes were still crisp half an hour after, so shoutout to the folks on grill and condiments.

Big man at the fries station was killing it with his seasoning technique and it shows. There are some unmatched levels of fry crunch and fry flavor coming out of 27 Westgate Drive. Very special shoutout to whoever blessed my brown paper bag today.

'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience. Despite specifically requesting a medium-cooked patty and confirming with the cashier, I received a burger that was clearly not cooked to my liking. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff insisted it was medium-cooked, even after I showed them the patty. The lack of customer service and attention to detail was appalling.

To make matters worse, I had tipped the cashier for taking my order, expecting good service. Instead, I was met with mediocrity and low standards. I left the order on the counter, even if had already paid for it, and walked away, frustrated by the poor experience. Food was spectacular, the employees are extremely friendly and it was a very clean establishment. I love the digital soda machines they're amazing & I've only seen these machines here. I highly recommend trying this restaurant if you haven't already. It's burgers, fries, hotdogs, soda free refills, shakes at certain locations my husband got a peanut butter shake that was delicious and there are as many free peanuts while you wait as you want & can take them to go.
