We ordered (3) entrees for (3) people: (3) chicken sandwiches and a large fry for one of the (3) entrees. We asked that all entrees and the fry each include (2) sauces: (2) poly for (2) of the sandwiches, and (2) bbq for the fry and (1) of the sandwiches.
(2) of the entrees were without sauce, as was the large fry. When I mentioned that the aforementioned items were ordered with sauces, the team member insisted they cost extra despite being included with the item. (This issue in particular I have commented on for the Brockten location.) Additionally, instead of a chocolate milkshake that was ordered for (1) of the entrees, the team member insisted it was a small soda. After showing them the order on my phone, the team member concurred and went back for the chocolate milkshake. When they returned with just the chocolate milk shake in the plastic tote, they foisted the tote onto the side of my 72-hour-old car, sliding the chocolate milkshake forward almost to tipping it over - had I not caught it in time.

Read moreIn the past I have had wonderful experiences with the drive-through... especially in Woburn.
The last two times going through the Brockton Drive-through I was met with an angry/frustrated voice. The first time I was hit with a barrage of “all sets” growing angrier every repetition, as opposed to the “my pleasures” I had grown so accustomed to. The experience reminded me of the last time I got my license renewed at the dmv. Only I was met by my favorite chicken sandwich at the end instead of a renewed license. The second time I was with my bestie and we were having a grand old time together. We each ordered our usual chicken sandwich and cob salad with extra chicken. We approached the window with great anticipation of what was to come. We were again met with the dmv attitude. They forgot our salad and greatly destroyed the extra chicken, and with no words handed us what we rightly deserved (because we paid for it). Side note: they forgot our chic-fil-a sauce which is almost like forgetting ice cream in an Ice Cream Sunday. Anyway we love the ol chicky-fil-a just want to bring some awareness to the other locations that are trained almost as well as a navy seal, and hope to see a little attitude adjustment...

Went in and ordered a Cobb salad, large fries, and a sunjoy (didn’t specify size) but they gave me what appeared to be a medium cup. Ate my food and wanted to get a refill of another sunjoy except this time I wanted to try the watermelon.. asked for a refill with the same cup, and they said no they don’t do refills that I would have to pay for a new one.
Fair enough.. got in line and ordered a new one. Except this time, they downsized my cup size. What they gave me was a small ice coffee cup that shows check boxes for original, vanilla, and other. The I guess owner or manager that was working the registers implied that they only have 1 size for the sunjoy. I told them that I just had a bigger size.. and he said he’d have to talk with the team because that’s not supposed to happen instead of just agreeing with the customer this time and offering customer satisfaction. Fine.
But why does their advertisement right above them specify “medium” in the images and the size in the pictures are different from what...
