Sarku Japan — Restaurant in Brockton

i would give a 5 star review but i jist recently moved to the area july 1st and my first week there i went to sarku japan. and they gave me a punch card for when you buy something its gets stamped and the 5th stamp is a free chicken teriyaki meal. well it hasnt been a month since i got the punch card. mind you they always punch my card. but when it came to my 5th punch and free meal. they did not redeem my meal. they told me it was out of date. they gave me an out of date card even though in two weeks time i should have redeemed a free.meal. false advertisement since they told me the card ended june 30 when i didnt move to the area until the first and the first week of july. july 6 which wad the first week end of july was when they gave me they card. i didnt think of the exp. date because the recently gave it to me and it only took me about 2 weeks or less to aquire the free meal. i was very up set.they should not punch your card if they no longer do...

I was between appointments and I was starving. So a friend and I decided to go here because I thought we would be in and out. Boy was we ever so wrong. I ordered a number 3 ; because mines was simple and already made my plate came quick. My friend had to wait because she ordered chicken and shrimp. A line formed almost two stores down. The gentleman working the register was not friendly at all.

My friend had to wait over 25 minutes to get her food. When she checked her food they did not put one of her items in. She told the man at the register that she was missing the chicken she paid for he started to argue with her.

There was no sit-down eating space. So we ate in our cars. I was so disappointed with the teryaki and orange chicken. The fried rice was oily and the mixed vegetables was hard to the crunch not steemed. It's definitely not worth the $10.00 that was paid.

I strongly do not recommend this...

Love this place for a quick bite of Asian food. The chicken and stir fried vegetables are delicious. Or the orange sesame style chicken with sticky white rice.🍚 Your choice. And there are many more I haven't mentioned. Appetizers like crab Rangoon and Peking ravioli are good choices as well. Very quick and friendly service. Located near major entrance of the Westgate Mall. Easy to find once in the mall itself. Inside are Public restrooms. Also a medium sized dining area included with booths and tables. Take out is an option as well your food is served fast and hot.
