Inventory (THE largest beauty supply store for Black/African hair that I have EVER seen; they had tons of hard to find products I literally could not find anywhere else for the last month) Knowledge (I got highly ACCURATE information on the phone when I called ahead as well as in store) Helpfulness (they knew exactly where to find each product I asked for and even walked me to the spots I needed right away!)
