I am highly disappointed and upset with my visit to Aqua Nail And Beauty. I have been to this establishment a few times. However, on this particular day I told myself I would NEVER visit here AGAIN. I had a appointment with Christie. I came in for a fill-in and a nail replacement. I explained to her that I wanted to replace one of my nails with a new one. She seemed aggravated that I wanted to do so. The nail that I wanted to replace had lifted and bended my real nail. I wanted the nail to be replaced for a reason. She kept trying to pursue me to keep the nail on as if she did not want to take it off. I told her I wanted the nail to be taken off completely. She seemed frustrated and finally took it off after I told her 2 or 3 times. I felt as if she was trying to rush with my nails. I felt so uncomfortable at this point. My last straw with her is when I asked her if she could add a little more color to my ombré nails. She told me she couldn't do so. I asked her why ? She seem aggravated even more and says "okay fine it will be extra money". I'm still calm at this point. I asked her "what is extra money", as in to say how much will everything be. The price was not the issue at all. As a paying customer I wanted to know. So she proceeds on to say in a very rude tone in a slow manner "EXTRAAAAAA MONNEYYY ". As if I could not comprehend what she meant. I felt so disrespected and disgusted with her behavior. I happily got out of the seat and walked out of the establishment with my nails undone. I WILL NEVER spend any of my money in this nail salon again. Why would I spend my hard working money in an establishment that is given me rude customer service ? Where is the good customer service or providing the customer's needs ? This may not be major to some people, but if I am a paying customer I do not want to feel rushed or treated rudely. Thank you ! Read moreWorst service I have ever received at a nail salon. I have been going to this salon for over six months and have gotten my nails done by different techs. I've had some minor issues here and there (uneven nails, lack of attention to detail, etc) but nothing was as bad as the rude and unprofessional service I received the last two times I went. Molly did my nails the last two times and was extremely unprofessional both times. Extremely rude and snappy with customers. She did not listen to anything that I had requested for my nails. The first time, she filed one of my nail tips too short and when she was filing it down, I tried to tell her that it was gonna be too short. She snapped at me and said she's not done so I waited till after and of course, the nail was way shorter than the others and looked out of place. When I told her again, she said there was nothing she could do about it and that I would just get used to it. The second time, I tried to point out to her that there was literally a hair stuck in my SNS powder on my nail and she snapped at me and said the process is not done yet. When she was "finished" you could clearly see the hair inside the nail. Besides that, the manicure was messy, the nails were uneven, and she had such a horrible attitude that I asked a different tech to take off my manicure. When this other tech was taking off my powder, she also saw the hair inside and apologized and said molly should not have been short with me. Read moreI got my nails done at the salon on or the day before Valentine’s Day today is currently February 16 I have already lost a nail in my middle nail is correct in the middle. I returned to the nail shop to explain to her the issues I am having with my nails, instantly the owner starts to explain to me how it’s not the problem of the person who did my nails which her name is Vivian it is because I received a Filion and they only fill in the bottom and not the top part of my nail! I have been getting my nails done for over 30 years so I’m a little bit familiar with how fill ins work mind you I never walked in saying that it was anyone’s fault. I instantly stated that I had two broken nails and I just got my nails done 2 to 3 days ago which the owner agreed because she remember seeing me. I don’t understand what is the issue with this Particular shop not being able to take criticism I have been coming to them for three months and this is the second time I’ve had an issue with my nail and every time I come back it is problematic. I have been to the shop three months consistently and never had to make an appointment now all of a sudden that I need a repair I must come back in an hour because they’re only going off of appointments as if Valentine’s Day was my first time coming.
