
I've been going to this location from the time it opened and was always impressed with the customer service-until Saturday, August 17th. I went in to return a package but felt I needed to make the package more secure. I removed a roll of tape from the rack and was having trouble getting it started and asked the rep to help me. He seemed confused and he asked if I was going to buy it. I said yes, of course. He didn't move just looked at me and I realized he was waiting for me to pay for it. I said I'm not going to run out of the store I just need to be sure the merchandise is secure. Seeing that he didn't trust me I stopped to pay him. He didn't seem to want to help so I got the tape started, finished my chore, got it scanned and left the store. I went back on Monday and was voicing my concern to the two people that were there. One, a young man was busy on his phone and the young lady was assisting me. All of a sudden the young man that I was making the complaint about was there. Not in uniform. He came to stand by me as if to see if he recognized me and I him. I did. I didn't address him. But we did make eye contact. He seemed to be having a conversation with the young man who had been on his phone about his work schedule. Perhaps it was a coincidence but I believe the young man that was on his phone contacted him and told him I was in store and was complaining about him. I may be wrong. Just too much of a coincidence that he showed up at that time. The young lady even asked me if I recognized anyone in the store and I acknowledged that I did. And turned to the guy that had shown up. She said I thought so. If I was supposed to be intimated by the gesture, I wasn't. But it does speak volumes for the type of personnel that is now...

Update 3/6/2024 Again, this location is outstanding. Why? Because the customer service is amazing. Devonta, as a general manager is great. He's always so nice, friendly, and has one of the best smiles. Taye, is great as well. She is so fun to chat with, friendly, and fantastic at her job. He was more than happy to help everybody plus he'd even go above and beyond to try to help anybody who needed any or had any questions. I would think that's enough to impress somebody, but he was either sweeping something or stiffer dusting when he didn't have customers waiting.
Simply one of the most incredible managers I have ever seen in action. It's been almost a month since I went there last, but I remember the place and manager very well!
